I contacted Payoneer CS and I asked Inga why do Payoneer allows some customers to have a 1.8% withdraw fee and why some of us pay 2%.
I explained that I did not sign up with Payoneer due to many scams online and I did not want my financial information spread out there so I took the safer route and signed up normally through Payoneer.com.
Later to find out that I am paying extra for trying to be safe and actually be an organic customer with Payoneer and not clicking any fishing links.
After Inga spoke to her supervisor I was told to wait 3 month and try to ask again. This is doesn't make any sense to me, you allow some customers to have a different fee rate without allowing a change, when I asked what should I do in order to receive the discount in the future I did not receive any explanation.
Please take this letter into account and see if you could help me change this.

I had a very bad experience with Payoneer. Their customer care is really bad, they don't even reply to messages and calls! I contacted them like 5 times and I got a reply after about 2-3 weeks and they never solved my problem or give me useful answers and info about their products and services.

This has been happening for the past 2 weeks where my payments for work done is being delayed instead of 2 weeks I have to wait three weeks before I can have access to my funds from Payoneer. And the same excuse is it has to be investigated as per policy. I am not sure what is there to investigate as the same employer pays me the same amount the same time twice a week there is an established pattern yet still there is an investigation I feel discriminated against due to my not being an American Citizen. I would normally recommend the services to other persons in my country however after dealing with this more than one time I will not be recommending your services to others here.

Very bad experience. How come the cancellation of my withdrawal is taking 14 days? Come on! You can do better than this. Its clear that my bank account is close and they cannot even see any transaction coming to my account. Nonsense policy payoneer! Why not verify if my bank is still active or not? If its proven that its inactive then just charge my money back to my payoneer account

I have received funds in my account but it won't let me send payments to other users because I have to receive more funds. Such a stupid system. Every time I receive payment they deduct 1 percent. What the heck. Maybe a fix fee but no 1 percent. You withdraw they will deduct then they will not provide decent currency conversion fee. All in all its a good concept that we can receive payment in us dollars and withdraw in a bank but too much charges.
