Quick transfers, but chronically poor & frustrating customer service. They really don't care about their customers. They don't give any useful guidance to their customers, especially when you have a problem using their system. They don't respond to emails, the live chat is almost inaccessible. They give incomplete information, leaving the customer wondering what to do next.

The services are terrible, you have absolutely no access options to your money. You cant transfer your money anywhere that is not a physical account on your name. The only other option is to withdraw them from an atm through a card you have to monthly pay for, and with an atrocious bank fee. You cant have Paypal and a physical account at the same time and no online bank account in general. The online app is unacceptable. The only thing you can do through it is to see your balance and transaction history. Nothing else whatsoever. And the absolute worse, if it can get anymore, is the customer service. There is zero, and I mean ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service. No response to your emails or any other mean of communication, but phone. Even when there is a problem no one will ever tell you and you end up finding on your own. I was waiting for a transaction to go through 15 DAYS! Until I gave up and called them only to be told that there was an identification problem. Stay away!

Payoneer is an online platform that facilitates cross-border payments for businesses and professionals with fast, secure and low-cost solutions. For access these funds, we offer the withdraw to bank option and the card, where you can withdraw via ATM or use the card in POS. Both options are subject to eligibility and availability. In addition, due to our regulations and to assure the safety of the transactions, we usually don't accept digital banks /e-wallets registration for withdrawal purposes. For that, we ask the customer to always register a physical bank account.
You can transfer funds from your Paypal to your Payoneer account. For that, you need to connect your Global Payment Service details with Paypal and follow the procedure.
Regarding the card fees, we do encourage all of our users to be aware of the fees whenever a card is ordered, and if there is any confusion we are always willing to explain and educate.
We are sorry that you've had such a bad experience with our customer support. Our company receives multiples inquiries a day and we try to handle them as quickly as possible. But we know that sometimes this can lead to delays in service. We acknowledge that our response times are not as fast as they could be now. We are doing everything we can to fine tune this process so that our team is responding to everyone in a timely fashion. However, we must insist that if it is an emergency, calling would be the quickest option.

I cashed out on an account to payoneer 9 days ago and my funds still have not be released to my bank account. Tried emailing support only to get at replies and wait 4 days at a time for a response. Horrible customer service all around, do not use payoneer.

I work for a company that recently switched from ADP to Payoneer for payroll. This has been a nightmare for me. It takes days for the payroll to process and Payoneer will at times cancel transfers of funds with no apparent reason at all. I called and asked why my paycheck was cancelled by processor and they told me they didn't know why, but I should see it processed by the end of the day. I waited and then saw that the process got cancelled twice more with no explaination. I then emailed asking why this happened and still haven't gotten a response.
What company today takes days to process funds digitally? What company can't tell you why they're cancelling transfers of funds? I am now absolutely horrified that I won't ever get my paycheck right here before Christmas. Run away from this company if you can.

I had a good time. Which is odd thing to say when communicating with a customer service rep., and yet it happened with Payoneer. The rep I spoke with is knowledgeable and pleasant, and patient too. The patience part surprised me, as that is rarely present naturally in reps. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased beyond measure.

Without first sending me any notice email requiring verification, payoneer locked me out of my account, meaning that I won't receive my pay this month, trying to get my account reinstated has been a nightmare. The only reason I use payoneer is because my company uses them to pay me.

First of all I was very happy how quickly Payoneer picked up my call. Some companies I am on hold for hours but within 60 seconds a real representative picked up the phone. The customer service agent that dealt with me, Wendy, was very friendly and resolved my issue very quickly, efficiently and in a simple manner. After I hung up the phone within 60 seconds I had the email I needed. I wish all customer service agents and companies were like this!

The contact section on the website should have a phone number for customer care. It is very hard to try to contact a real person. The site is mostly geared toward marketing Paycor's services. I contacted them to let them know that we received two payments but their transmittal did not include the actual customer name so we do not know where to apply more than $40,000 in payments.

They have done well with the service but they can always improve on some areas on customer service. Whenever a card is stolen at the mail then the service needs to make sure that clients get their cards but with less charges. The company needs to do some quality on their processes and consistency on their system. In my case, payments have been arriving on time and have had no delays; however, their system needs a little work on the consistency and agility.
If they need a software developer then they can hire me to the team and contribute and help out on how to rearrange the system for a faster client or customer experience.
Again, so far, I have been paid on time but don't really want to have a future experience that my money might get lost or delayed. That would freak me out.

Moreover, we are doing our best in order to improve and make sure payments are not delayed but keep in mind that since we are not a bank we use the aid of other processing banks to transfer the funds. I always had issues with receiving payments because major payment gateways such as PayPal was not supported in my country. I signed up with Payoneer around 2015 and it was a great decision to say the least. The company ships you a card free of charge which you can use to withdraw funds worldwide from any ATM, and they provide you with virtual bank accounts which you can use to receive bank transfers. They also provide direct links that you can send to your customers to do a direct CC payment. A very useful service; Payoneer probably has all you need.
My only take with the company is that the email support sometimes takes a few days to get back to you, but there is always Live Chat available which makes it easy to have a quick answer. There is no currency transfer either, so you cannot move EUR funds to USD on the same account or vice versa.

Although, it's not the first time I am using Payoneer, but it was first time I had an issue required help (customer service) and was extremely pleased with the professional way yet having sufficient human side as well. Not only the issue was resolved in a sort of rapid way, but I was kept on hold right through! Awesome customer service.

Again, don't use Payoneer. They cancelled transfer from them to my bank twice with no reason other than they had processor issues with their 3rd party processor. Horrible customer service. They say 1-3 business days but it's really 5. In my case 6 business days the last payment. Everyone on my project had the same experience 5 business days. What they say is not true.No one should have to wait 7 days to get paid as they don't work the weekends. So, they don't consider that a business day. They suck. My advice to them is to change their procedure and 3rd party processor. In this day and age, it should not take that long for money to transfer in a US bank to a bank that is a live 24/7 deposit. Never had issues until my job unfortunately switched to them. I'm actually considering finding employment elsewhere because of Payoneer.

If you could, you can use paypal, or wire. They are most reliable.
Its been almost a month and they still didn't paid us our money!
They make empty promises, from a few business day, to 5 business day, and finally they will tell you they are reviewing the issue and you have to wait for xxx months or never get your money!
First week, they blame our bank for technical issue. I wen't to my bank's HQ and ensure theres no technical issue. So they can't use this excuse no more so they said its their banking partner having technical issue.
The third week, now they admit its their technical issue.
Let me ask you, a month to solve a technical issue. In which they will not take responsibility to make your fund accesible due to their mistake.
They just keep you hanging.
Would you work with such company?
If you rely on them, you will get messed up anytime!

After 12 years since creation of the account I decided to use my payoneer. I forgot my password and got it restricted. Now it would take a long time to be able to use the same email address. It's a bummer but if this company has evolved and still going strong, I'd create a new account with a new email address.

It was difficult securing the card initially. Lots of security stuff, and I had to keep remaking and remaking my video (Or was that Preply?). Very annoying. The service since then has been great and has met all my needs. There was a big crisis recently which I imagined would take a long time to resolve, but to my delight it was fixed very quickly and normal service was resumed. That's what count. I HATE automatic 'support' services and have had a hell of a time getting messages through because I kept getting the same repeated mechanical questions, Modern technology at its WORST. But the real people at Payoneer (they exist, right?) are friendly, efficient, and courteous, and as long as the service works as it should I have no problems with Payoneer.
