My rep Oneika was extremely helpful, professional and polite! We got disconnected while she placed me on hold for additional investigation into my issue and she promptly called me back! I was totally blown away by that and was not expecting it at all. I expressed my heartfelt appreciation to her for that as I was calling from Skype and had run out of Skype credit. Kudos to you Oneika! You're the best!

After withdraw of funds from account, its taken more than 5 business days for funds to be sent to my personal checking account when before it would only take them 2 days. I am considering moving to a different comoany who can make my funds available in a timely manner.

I have been using Payoneer for a long time now, almost from start. Payoneer was the company that made my online business a reality, there were other options but they didn't really cater for third world countries, like Jamaica, etc. It always take a long time to receive payment by cheque that would normally take a longtime to reach. At that time Payoneer give us Master card that make getting payment so easier and accessible, also we could shop online, make purchase in stores etc. And they have come a long way too, giving us options to collect payment in a variety of currencies globally and fees are very reasonable, customer care are great and the service is getting more popular each day. I have had a great experience with Payoneer so far and i recommend PAYONEER to anyone doing online business, whether you sell online, make purchase online or want to recieve payment from employee globally for like online work...

Prompts are easy to understand. The customer Service personnel was very nice. I got an email confirming my call which is nice. I would have given a 5 star if my concern was resolved with 1 call. But, as it is, I have to wait for few days to get an answer.

I had my payoneer account for the last few years until they decided to close my account for no reason, and they state that they can't share the reason why. I use the account to pay my remote contractor in another country, been working together for few years. This is unbelievable.
When a company grows, they pick and choose what type of customers they want but when they first started everyone is welcome, this is BS.
Tip for consumers:
I advise anyone who used payoneer to stop using their service as they are NOT a reliable company, any account can be closed anytime without a warning

Hi Muh. If the ATM did not dispose cash, the first thing ti do would be to contact the local bank to check with them. If they cannot assist, you can file a charge back request from Payoneer by contacting our customer care and they will be able to assist you further and instruct you how to do that.
Great customer service by Payoneer, I just called their local toll free number and answered verification questions from the support agent then in a few minutes I was able to reset my pin successfully.

I had a terrible first experience with Payoneer as my account was blocked due to verification processes that could have been avoided if there was an easy way to reach support. I kept getting emails from 'Do-not reply' senders and the website only had Bots, no human interaction. I believe there are some basic explanations that a robot wouldnt understand but human would be able to relate such as explaining to a Bot that I am from a particular country but currently in another country temporarily hence the reason why I am using two different verification IDs. A lot more but I am tired of typing.
I had a better experience this time as I was able to get a direct customer care number from a friend (different number from what is on the site)

I was having difficulties withdrawing funds to my local account; and the assistance I got from the switchboard until to the customer care official by the name of Sophie was quite excellent. The official was somehow 'down to earth' and very helpful as well apologetic.

Been battling with Payoneer since December 2021 to get my money they have held.
They blocked my card since December and for months I've had to submit all types of proof and documents just as a Fiverr freelancer. Yet after finally providing all the documents they asked for and having things verified. They still won't release the funds on the card they blocked since last year. I can't acess it on my account and the card no longer works.
Cotacted their customer service numerous times and no replies. Because I made it public on their FB page they also blocked me from commenting on their page. That is to show the low level of this company. But I will place the truth in other places as they are trying to hide things from real users of their platform.
Serious red flags for placing your money in Payoneer!

This is the worst company in the world, they openly steal your money. I waited two months for my transaction, contacted technical support a million times, I was constantly promised that I should wait 3-5 days, by the end of the second month I was credited money to my balance, but the balance was blocked and not allowed to withdraw money. After that, they just blocked my account with my money. The amount was $ 7,400. Do not try to work with these scammers!

Well I did not have any options to use global payment systems because I live in Nepal and the monetary policy of our country is against of global payment channel like a PayPal and other.
