I find Payoneer an extremely professional entity. I have received promt help whenever help desk was contacted. I would like a little more improvement on mail requests. A good combination of BOT & manual help will perhaps be needed.

Payoneer is great for freelancers looking to get paid for remote work. I have never had a card making withdrawals or using their card for online transactions. The Global payment Service is a great feature for receiving money from banks too!

I was not happy how they handled my request for money reversal. Even after blocking my account, they are not willing to reverse my money back. May be its a security feature but I am not sure how it helps the client because they restrict your access to the account and they take ages to respond to emails. It is so disheartening

I have been working as a freelancer for 11 years now. In the first 9 years I used Paypal to receive and send payments. They blocked my account and held my money several times, last time for 180 days.
In the past two years though I switched to Payoneer and until now I had zero problems. I use it as my main and sole bank account, I don't have any other bank account. I get my salary paid through payoneer and I have a virtual US bank account that comes with my Payoneer account. Mass payouts (my salary) is processed in 5 minutes, while ACH payments to my virtual account in 1 day. Although you have to wait sometimes 30-40 minutes to reach a customer service (via chat), they are always helpful and any problem I had so far has been successfully resolved.

Payoneer blocked my suddenly, no warning, no email. I tried to login saw it's blocked. I talked to customer support and ask why my account has been blocked. They only said
That they found some activities which are against payoneer terms and conditions. I asked thousands time what are the activities that i have done. Thay said they can't disclose. I use payoneer just transfer dollar to my bank account, no other activities is done by me. Such a poor platform hardly ever i used.

I have been trying for over 2 months to open an account. They blocked my old account, provided incorrect instructions (Customer Care) and then banned me. Now I cannot get paid. The Customer Care agents do not even read the emails nor it is within their scope of work to do anything to help. Customer Care just deals with complaints. No care at all. Paynoeer is terrible, please read all the reviews before using it. Chose another method! DO NOT USE PAYONEER

I want to share my bad experience with Payoneer.
About 2 months ago i entered my online account password incorrectly and my account got blocked. I sent all required information, they did not accept my documents, said a copy was unclear. I sent more documents, they still do not accept them. Meanwhile, my passport has expired- passports are issued for 10 years in my country- and now they do not accept a copy of my old passport and a copy of my new passport.
In addition to this, my card was blocked, and they shipped me a new card but i cannot activate it because the account is still locked.
Now, about their customer support. Waiting times in chats are awful- it takes about 30 minutes to get connected to an agent. They transfer my emails back and forth and say it was transferred to security department or some other department. Response time is very poor- my email was not responded for about 48 hours!
I really really need this resolved. Does their security department work at all?
Tip for consumers:
Just avoid them- customer support simply does not work.

It's really hard to earn money from online and it's way more harder than that, when you wanna bring your hard earning money to your own local bank from abroad.

I am very satisfied with this service. The representative was direct and he understood all what I said irrespective of my accent. I even ran out of airtime but he called back and we spoke for length. He was able to solve my initial problem and he even recommended an easier service for me. Payoneer for me is one of the best online financial service company.

I am active user of Payoneer and using from 2011. Already withdrawn around 40,000$ bill of clients.
On 29th they blocked my account & asked for some information. I replied shortly. But they are not answering my email.
Even in chat support, they are talking my birthday is wrong! Seems i am totally confused!

They have cancelled my withdrawal for the 3rd time saying the bank account number is incorrect but I have sent them my proof of account letter from my bank multiple times. These guys are fraudsters! They are stealing from people all over the world and need to be stopped. I have all my proof and will assist in any investigation for as long as possible to stop these guys!

I processed 2 x payment requests to my client which were paid within minutes however Payoneer have still not (almost 3 weeks now) processed my payments! Customer service is useless, they have no real answer as to why not do they give any time line indications. FRAUD! Please do not use this platform!

Customer service virtually non-existent. They take forever to respond a simple email. They say your card was supposedly shipped out but "It will be about a month to receive and there's no tracking number available" You wait a whole month and never receive it, then they "reissue" and keep on doing the same until you realize they just want you to give up and end up paying the outrageous $40.00 and request the DHL shipping. I have been working and waiting for about 3 months now and all I need is a paycard to be shipped to a US address so I can take my money out. Is that too much to ask? Currently crossing my fingers so they have mercy on me and DHL can ship it this time, with the hopes they don't have the brilliant idea of closing out my account for no reason and end up STEALING my hard-earned money, like they've done to many other people. Had I seen these comments before I would've definitely went with a different company. You get what you pay for!

Hi Christopher, every day Payoneer ships cards worldwide, and though we do give an estimated time of arrival, local post offices can sometime take longer to deliver.
Having said that, I am sorry to learn that a card was shipped to you multiple times and was not received. I sent you a PM to see if I can help you out.

I have been battling with issues regarding my Payoneer account. The old bank account that I used has been cancelled for over a year now and there is no way for me to change it unless I verify my account. I have been trying to get my account verified by complying to all the necessary documents and other requirements however Payoneer has been giving me a hard time. I contacted their customer support service and they were actually really helpful. My problem has not been resolved, however the customer representative has given me assurance that I might be able to push through with my account verification. Overall I was satisfied with my experience in talking to the customer care representative.

It was a very bad experience and I don't feel safe with Payoneer anymore, due to lockdown I can't provide a bill of any sort and I provided them with the rent agreement and my passport. Now my salary is stuck on Pending for the last 5 days and they are not refunding it to the account that sent it so I can have it transferred by any other method. And I'm going to be kicked out of the place I rented because I can't pay. It's very bad to feel unsafe in these hard times.

I had an issue with my balance and called them. They got me linked with an agent within 30 seconds of placing the call and resolved all issues within a minute. They also provided information I needed on ordering a new card and helped me understand the various options I have.

I ask my a U.S. A friend to pay me. He told me to chose 'Payment Request'. I have created a request to him. He also accept all the requirements. But after 14 is it still at payment approval. But didn't receive any money from payoneer. Me and my friend try to contact with their agent but they don't know what is going in this transaction... LOL

I can't understand why a service offering a financial service for international businesses will require three days to follow through on a customer request. I have been trying to order a prepaid card since Sept. 12th, 2018, I am still struggling to get my identification approved, I don't understand this is a very sensitive issue and much care should be taken for security reasons. But I am sure there are much better ways to get issues like this verified through a direct communication with the customer. I was also trying to have the prepaid cards sent to a different address than my registered address and the process is so complicated. Considering that financial services ought to be prompt and fast for customers to achieve their business goals the wait time can be improved, and the communication on the verification procedures can be much better, to get more happy customers.
