They show it's very easy to open an account and get paid. But DON'T FALL for it. Once you get any payment in your account it won't let you withdraw. Your money will stuck forever. And their customer support is useless. This company is going to shut down very soon, so if you have any money in your account it will be lost forever.

It is impossible to add other bank accounts to your account if it is outside of your region, and their customer service is terrible. Don't expect to ever receive a response to an email you send. Transferwise all the way!

I registered a bank account that doesn't appear. Instead, I see another bank that I never had. I tried to eliminate that bank account from Payoneer, but can't because it's under the verification process. I also tried adding my REAL bank account, which doesn't appear after filling the information and receiving a successful message. I called and received support, which I really appreciate. The support team told me they will eliminate that bank account, so I hope everything works fine.

I called customer service, after emailing twos days before, to have a new log in created for our companies account. I was told that I would be contacted by another dept, but after three days I called back and was told that my case was being escalated and that I would receive a follow up email the following Tuesday. After that email did not come, I called and was told to wait a few more days. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep cam back on the line and pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up on me. I called again today, a week later, and was told that my case was being escalated and I would receive a call the following week. I again asked for a supervisor. After waiting for 22 minutes, the rep came back and said I needed to continue hold, then said "Are you there?" and hung up again. This company is a bunch of scammers and needs to be put out of business.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Payoneer unless you want to get the run around and get trapped by their games.

The support team has been highly disappointing. For nearly a month, we've been trying to get a resolution for a transaction that hasn't reached the intended recipient bank account. The level of service provided by the support team is far from what one would expect, especially from a banking institution.

I use Payoneer to pay my suppliers overseas.
In general, the website and the mobile app are very covenient, and the customer support is very good.
Nevertheless, I've found 2 main problems:
1. My customers are mostly local and can't pay me through Payoneer.
2. A self deposit from my own (private nor business) bank account is not allowed, so in order to finance payments my suppliers I need to use my credit card (and the commission is not low - 3%).

This place is literally a piece of $#*!. They charge a ridiclously expensive annual fee and their customer service is non-existent. This is the worst place you can choose to receive payments. I loathe them! Do yourself a favor and do not make any business with these leaches!

I have been using Payoneer for 7 years and my experience has been great. Their customer service is a Prime example of what customer support should be. My last encounter and all encounters before that have been extremely wonderful. I felt reassured and the issue was resolved effiently.

We are having a very bad experience with Payoneer support team. On 26-May-2019, Amount initiates from our Payoneer account to our bank account payment of $1225 but we still haven't received the money in our bank account. Since the last 45 days, Payoneer is not able to figure out where the money goes. We have also asked Payoneer support to revert the transaction but no progress on it. This is totally unbearable. We have informed Payoneer team through live chat, email & creating a ticket. Earlier, we were getting a response that transaction will be processed within a few days and now we are getting the response that amount was already transferred to our bank account. We have already shared a couple of time bank statement and email from bank executive as the amount is not credited in a bank account.
We are looking for quick support to resolve this issue. You can't hold like this forever.
