I've been receiving payments through Payoneer since I started my online freelancing business, and I'm not sure that I could have managed to become an international freelancer without this solution of payments.
It's amazing how easy it is to receive payments, to ask for them and to withdraw to my account (or to use my Payoneer card)

My account was locked and I can't have access to it and I have called customer care service which they responded fine but the problem still remain no solution... Boo! It took me a more than a month just to change my account details. Their representatives just keep on saying that the documents I provide are incorrect, did not even give me the actual information they need. They just keep on passing back my documents, saying it's not what they need. Been going back and forth to my bank! Such a shame. Creates a lot of hassles both on my part and my bank, I also have other businesses to attend to aside from wasting time talking to them!

Establishing business relations with any company to receive payments on our firm's behalf and then they remit the same to us, can be worrisome. However, after interactiing with an extremely polite professional Aira, who was very patient and helpful, while remaining positive all the time sent me a clear and positive message. Your company means business and importantly, wants our business, even though we are starting something new.

It is more than 2 month which I am waiting for my card to be delivered, I wasted a month for the firs card and then they asked me to request for a second card as the first one never been delivered. Again after more than a month, the second card not been delivered. Now they ask me to deposit some money to my account to make them able to issue a second card and I have to wait another month for it. How on the earth is it possible to ask some one to put money on an account which he/she has no card to withdraw the money? And they ask to pay for DHL fees for faster delivery. IT is their mistake, they could not do a simple delivery! How they can help you with banking? I'll look for an alternative way of getting paid and will close my account with Payoneer as they are a mess!

Stay away from these scammers. They are here to loot you money, nothing more than that. The customer support is full of noob who doesn't even know what the hell they are doing in the day to day time. This company should go down very soon and I hope the same too. Companies like such shouldn't exist in this world, just making this world not a better place.

Been having issues with pending payment for the last 2 months. Not as promised and not as advertised. Delays with bank transfer and crediting is too much. Customer support people randomly disconnects chat. Customer support on phone seems not sure on what they're doing. No help at all. Money is still pending and no one can answer whym

Ive been using Payoneer for 2 years, and didnt have any critical issues and satisfied with the minor currencies and not looking for alternatives. Highly recommended service from paying to receiving currencies. Slightly slow Customer Service but improved lately and stabilizing.

Really hard to get through to them, takes them ages to respond.
Then sometimes they don't even respond to your email, and question, they send an autoemail.
It is the worst customer service I have ever seen of a large corporation!

This is my second month using Payoneer and the process to have your money withdrawn to your bank account is suppose to be 2 business days however I have to be waiting 8 or more business days. It's ridiculous. When you call Payoneer they keep telling you 48 hours.

I cannot thank the agent enough for thoroughly checking and trying to give me solution. However due to the company policy, which I think is not susceptible considering I do not own a big company or not receiving large amount of money, the rule of 50usd minimum amount of withdrawal/payment is not friendly enough for individual/ small business like me. Please make it more consumer friendly as i believe that is your target.
