Received funds on the 9th of Sept, but today (22nd) it is still not released, despite us supplying all the requested documents. Numerous calls were made, queries were "escalated" and given "high priority status" - but still nothing. This is well beyond the 5 day advertised turnaround time. In fact, each call we made, we are promised same-day release. The reason given: unexpected high volumes of queries. This is a payment solution... that cannot handle the release of incoming funds, which now appears to be a very manual process?

I couldn't upload payment request format at any described formats, informed more times with chat, phone call but still not resolved and updated. Instead of mine asking the respective executives share the document to upload behalf of myself. I am still uploading my request doc as camera photo by mobile internet not by mobile app saying option is not available updating app. Kindly resolve my concerns it will helps to continue your service.

After reading a lot of reviews, i left hopes about the timeline it might take to credit my money to bank and i was wrong. It came in within 19hrs 21mins. What more i can ask for. The charges were pretty good and affordable even though they tweak its line items to show them as competitive. But for me, it worked well and great.

Upwork will reject Skrill and will install Payoneer instead, which is a scam company, that normally take advantage of freelancers and undocumented people.
It is a shame for Upwork too, due to they take the 20% of commissions from freelancer's work. Payoneer will do the rest.
Shame on both abusive companies.

It is nice that Payoneer is recognized worldwide and I can use it to pay anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Ease of access to make payments and receive payments. However, it would be nice if the rates for withdrawals was reviewed. It is way too expensive to withdraw cash, anywhere - only downside.

They are really trustworthy at saving your money really save that they not really like to give it back. As a money investing customer there few point that you would question payoneer about.
- Firstly why are they review my bank account for weeks? It's my money that i want to transfer to my bank account.
- Second thing is they have monthly, daily and worst of all minimum withdrawal limit.
Honestly why? Why there is minimum limit that's wierd isn't it. It's not like i borrowing their money or free using.

I enrolled in Amazon Fulfillment and chose Payoneer as my account to be paid on. The received the payment and are in the process of issuing my card. I see the balance and all the info I need. Furthermore, they just created a phone app so I'm connected all the time with my financial info.

I have send several messages for payoneer customer care to help me resolve but my transfer still pending and already deduct payment in my payoneer account and still showing pending on my side and the receiver side also and I have complained send several mail for help it's over a week still pending but I was ask to contact the receiver to fill some details

First time i transfered a balance from my paypal account to the payoneer for ordering the prepaid card i haven't no idea that my money was going into a prison that my funds will stuck into it and there is no way to get it out only if i the sum reaches 1000 $ or if i received many payment from the companies that deals with payoneer as payment method so i strongly don't recommed to using payoneer.

I wanted to link my Payoneer account to Airbnb but was on the able to do so because my account was set up with the United States address. I requested a change of address; but was told that I had to close the account and open a new one; that was extremely frustrating since I knew all the answers that were necessary to identify myself. I am truly surprised that Payoneer cannot override an address in its own system. The young lady who assisted me was patient and extremely polite; however, I got the impression that she was new because she had to get off the phone for every question. I believe that, when the situation calls for it, the call should be transferred to more experience representative. Since the lady was so nice, I certainly think she was doing the best that she could.

I am the founder of Harley-Davidson Motor Company's Radical custom paint program (1999) and do a lot of on line transactions worldwide. I currently use pay pal and other payment methods also, but I can tell from first hand experience and many transactions; Payoneer is the best payment and Escrow processing company I have ever dealt with!
Their customer service team is not just kind and helpful, they actually CARE about you and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your questions are answered. You will not feel like to you are talking to a cold robot (as you may have already experienced with pay pal CS).

I been using Payoneer for 5 years now and not until today, I am completelly dissatisfied with the services they have provided me with. Cancel my card just cause the questionaire does not apply to my line of work, everything approve but the questionaire. When call for assistance nothing gets resolver, they repeat whats on the notifications that are send, when asked for Supervisor or someone that can help, no one is available. For that type of services the rates deductive should be lower!
