I was sent a form to fill with requirements on September 29 and I did comply the next day the 30th. My client paid me $455 for a freelance work. But one week past, no update and no funds are showing in my account. I sent an email to the customer support, there was auto notification that they will reply within 3 days, no emails received. So I made a call, I was promised that they expedited the payment, again no update in my account. I am sooooooooooooo disappointed.

Please payoneer, don't ruin your reputation. You were a good company only at the start.

I got my ustomer ID more than 3 weeks ago but had to call to check the status of my account. I havent received my card yet and it is likely to. Take another 3 weeks. It should have been with me already. Request an urgent delivery.

Please be advised, if your account is already approved, that means the card is on the way. If that is the case, this could possibly mean your card was sent via regular shipping.

Regular shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 28 business days for the card to arrive. If you are requesting for a different shipping method, we strongly suggest you contact our customer support team to see what can be done on your behalf.

WARNING for everyone, especially those who have yet not started using their services, checking reviews and from ASIA - if you are working for an international client (Mine is from USA) and they decide to release your payment through Payoneer the chances are high it would not reach your bank account and no one from Payoneer will even give a reply. I have $280.50 stuck with them since April 16th, 2019. 14 days have passed, no sign of the money and the last reply I received from them was 3 days back. They have been not replying to emails since then. So please make a wise decision, or risk your money and your mental peace.

The portal is such an awesome method of receiving and sending payments, however maybe would improve on the speed up process to fully have the verification done in a matter of hours, or atlist give a deadline, not complaining because its within your policy and cannot change that, i respect your policies.am grateful to join you and have a good experince, thankyou

I recently requested to withdraw my funds to my bank account! It was money which i gained a few months at my job! Usually withdraw to bank account take 2-5 days but in my case was over 10 business days, probably there was a few circumstances which made the transaction to be so slow like (huge amount of requests) or something else!

Everyone among my peers have gotten their money except me. Why do I need to wait for monday before I can check what was wrong with my payoneer account. Last time I check, my ID was approved then after waiting for 2 days to finally get a hold of a customer care representative, they tell me that the ID I submitted was pixilated. Payoneer should have told me thru email to try and resend another picture. After waiting for 2 days and knowing what was wrong, now Payoneer is telling me to wait for another 1-3 business days? Oh come on! My money is not that big amount to take 1-3 more days of reviewing.

I had experienced a 3 day delay in the shipment of my replacement card. Apparently their system kept misinterpreting my request for the faster shipment option for the standard shipment. It was very inconvenient because I had to constantly call customer services to correct the problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Normally when clients want to request a replacement card they will do so via their online account. However, there are certain restrictions clients can not do. One of them being the option to order a card via express DHL shipping. If you do request this manually, it will not be possible and will have your card sent out via regular mail. If you leave a request through email, in our customer care queue, please expect to wait anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for a response (Saturdays and Sundays not included). This is the reason, we advise our clients to give our customer care center a call. This is not only the best option but will ensure your card gets shipped out to the correct address and shipping method.

We are glad that you have been able to resolve this issue with our customer care center. Do not worry, we will let our internal teams know about your honest review. This will help us provide a better quality assistance to our clients who are experiencing the same issues.
