I had a very bad experience with payoneer
I initiated a week ago a bank transfer and even after longer than 5 working days it stated "under review". They state in their procedures a transfer is made in 3-5 working days but mine didn't EVEN LEAVE Payoneer after a whole week, it's still lost somewhere among their departments.
Meanwhile I chatted at least 3 times with their support and all told me they put my transaction on "high priority" but nothing happened, and I got from support just promises, no facts.
Not recommend at all...

When some one wants to pay me in my payneer account then they are facing payment decline issue please try agaim later
I need help please fix my problem i dont have any payneer card i only apply for card and my information is in review.

I love Payoneer - there's nothing not to love actually. Customer service is the best you can find, their employees are always available and kind. Any issue is resolved within minutes! My funds arrive fast, I can use my PrePaid cards anywhere and I can manage everything from their app and website. There's nothing more I can ask from these guys, I wouldn't change them for the world!

Thanks to payoneer i can grow up my business since 2015. I am really happy with this because i didnt find any other company with the features they offer. And the best is that they accept to send payments to my Bank in Ukraine. Thank you!

I applied to open an account with Payonner as a company, but my application has been immediately declined with no reason at all. I was obliged to call them to understand what happened and I am still waiting to see if my application will be successful

I signed up payoneer and attached it to my fiverr account. I decided to use the Make-A-Payment Feature on Payoneer to pay for services and product purchased.
Payoneer disabled my USD balance since 2 weeks ago and I'm completely frustrated.
Each time I contacted them, they give me the useless excuse - "under review". I don't know maybe they have lazy asses in their office who does not review an account and restores it immediately.

Why put people in a bad state. I didn't violate your terms of service. I used your MAP feature and you held my funds for more than 2 weeks, telling me under review everyday.
The crazy part is I can't withdraw my funds and I cannot load the Payoneer account with new funds cos it will all still remain under their useless review.;

Please find a solution to this. Payoneer is extremely annoying and I cannot deal with this issue no more. I am frustrated. Payoneer, give me MY MONEY and restore my account IMMEDIATELY or I need to get a LAWYER!

The overall process is great the only issue I have is if there's repeat customers that are purchasing or paying the invoice that's been sent out the process of that should not take that long the repeat customers there's no fragile activities and some that they have to work on now if there's a customer that's new for payment request or things of that nature then of course it should go through the process and you know take its time and take its course to prevent any unlawful activities but after that if it's a repeat customer it should be a lot faster

I had 2 rentals on Airbnb in the beggining of September, but I didn't receive them yet, and on AirBnB site, they asked to contact Payonner directly to check it the payments. I did it, and open a request n. ************** more than 10 days ago, they said they would escalate it internally. After that, I contact Payoneer twice and the approach was the same: wait them to contact me by email. Another strange fact is that I received the rental that happened last week, so it's a not problem of data or profile.

I wanted to transfer my money to my Revolut account, which is much cheaper and much more sympatetic. Payoneer doesn't allow me to withdraw my money to a UK based bank. Why? Short answer: just because. Long answer:
"We understand you wish to withdraw to a bank account in the UK. Unfortunately your account configuration does not support this. You may add a bank account from any country that appears in the drop-down list when adding an account. We apologize for any inconveniences."

All this after 3 working days.

After 7 years of using services now you can not approve documents?
Customer service keeps repeating same thing when i said don't have Thai id
Provided passport
Thai work permit
Driving licence
Phone bills
Asking for government issued proof... work permit is not issued by any private firm or company it is issued by government of Thailand only
Non of them approved after 7years of no issues usages?

And after all liers saying there was no balance on previous card when there was...
Really didn't expected from Payoneer this

No more Payoneer have more options

Comparing it to paypal I would chose paypal anytime over payoneer. In a world where speed means a lot, having to wait for my hard earned money is a really big down side. I would not use Payoneer I didn't have to.

Payoneer may the most professional online money transfer tool. It helps me to receive money via Amazon with different currency as USD, GBP, EUR. The transfer is fast and security. I have used it for years.

I have been using payoneer for over a year now and I have got no issues with it, when I did have one the customer service were right there to solve the issue. I'm cool with it and could recommend to anyone.

In the last month, we are trying to resolve my issue with Payoneer, the customer service is very nice and trying to help, but nothing is not moving to resolve my issue all the time we start again and again to solve this issue. EBay send me a letter that on October 10 we have to be members of Payoneer otherwise they are closing our account and I am worried about it.
