Not yet done any transaction with this account, so there is nothing i can add about the service. II was opening the wrong account service, when i found out i was setting up the wrong account, i call in and ask for it to be cancel, so could set up the right account.

Payoneerare great in what they do, and their customer service is excellent.
However, they lack basic services such as the possibility of receiving payments from individuals (not companies) via credit card or bank transfer. They function as my bank account to receive payments from companies that request an American or European bank account (like Amazon), and I think they should have such a service accessible to people who work with them. Unfortunately, when I need to get paid from a customer who is not from my country and does not have a Payoneer account - I have to look for other solutions, like PayPal and so on.

I have had an ongoing issue with a payment that I sent nearly two months ago. I had to send multiple emails and eventually call before I received a response from Payoneer customer care in the first place. They've then taken weeks at a time to get back to me. Different people have been in correspondence with some better than others and some clearly not having read previous correspondence enough to understand the issue. Just to put this into perspective, the last email I received from them was 3 weeks ago. It was a very short email that said the problem was solved. It wasn't. I emailed a week later. No reply. I emailed the following week, no reply. I then called customer service the next week and they spoke with the relevant department. I was advised that they would be in contact with me via email. So they finally replied to my email 3 WEEKS later. Really poor customer service! I'm still waiting for this to be resolved...

Before I was using other payment solutions but many times I felt lost and dissapointed about the poor support service that I was receiving. With Payoneer I feel safe and plus they have a friendly customer support.
It is great to receive payments as easiliy as if I had a bank account right there.
If you need to work with clients from across the globe, I highly recommend them.

I am not please with response time/no response. My renewal credit card was not shipped because the id submitted did not have the date of birth. However, I was not notified or contacted to my satisfaction. Also I was being charged service charges monthly.

Suddenly a second bank account showed up on my account and funds got transferred there. 14 and going days customer service cannot figure out what is going on and who added it. Unprofessional customer service. Worst ever actually.
I sent them again my bank account info, first time they said it's not readable ( though it's the same picture I sent them when I signed up with them), second time 12 hours later they still have not received my email yet( emails have to be virus-scanned or whatever they explained). Customer service is unreachable after hours and on holidays. Third time, a representative said that I will receive an email to upload info again. I asked if she can stay on the phone and wait till I receive the email. She said she can't stay and that I ll receive it within a minute.
4 hours later still no email.
DO NOT do business with them. It's a shame that companies work with them

I was a hardcore PayPal user and a few months ago I shifted to Payoneer and I had an amazing experience with Payoneer. Their charges are reasonable, receiving accounts are amazing facility provided by them and the exchange rate is better than PayPal. Sometimes they took time to approve your payment requests but overall it is an amazing platform.

First, they block my account for incorrect address information (Which they realized after 6 months). They hold my hard-earned money for no reason on my account. Im trying to get my money back but they keep telling me to create a new account.
When I try to create a new account, they block that account because I already have one. This makes no sense.
No company has the right to just steal your money.

Fees to pay-in aren't so bad. Fees to withdraw your own money are highway robbery! I'm using this because it's what may employer prefers. Seems its good for payers but not so great for payees. I have my own business and use other services for this reason. Avoid Payoneer if you can.

Just to say: " You need to add in your reset system for change passwords, a 939 like another choice for Puerto Rico area code. 787 and 939 are both area code for P R. It has no 939 area code in the choices for reset customers password.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have endured in regards to receiving your payment. It is our job to make sure our clients have a satisfactory experience with our customer support. It appears that we have not lived up to your expectations. Based on your review, we know that you are having issues with a transfer you have done. Please be advised that once a transfer is done, it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect onto your account.
There are cases in which the funds can get delayed, so this is where our bank transfer department will come into play. Please understand that Payoneer is not a physical bank, we are only the company that processes your payment, sort of like a middleman. In order for our services to work, we use intermediate banks that can help process the transfer to its destination. If a transfer gets delayed it usually because its either stuck at one these banks or are in need of documents/verification. In order to know the answer, our bank transfer department must get in contact with them. Many banks have different operating hours then we do. This is the reason why it take a while to get an update because we are literally trying to get the information from them via our internal emails. We understand this is not the predicament you want to be in, but rest assure it is getting handled by them.
It appears that there was on update not to long ago in regards to your case. We suggest you go over the email that was sent out and follow the steps.
