My 2 payments were under review, I came here and read reviews and was too worry, but after I talk to chat live support, they solve my problem immediately, they request my government ID and full address. Afterward I open my account and my payments were approved! :)

Payoneer is a good source for transferring money and Good customer service but processing time is little delay which has to be improved and also after client payment crediting to bank account is delay even this needs to be Improved. If these things are improved Payoneer is perfect.

I couldn't get my card for 4 monthes by post, so they got me to deliver it via dhl (-50$) and now they block it cause my funds are suspicious... freezing my funds. Stay away from this company! It's a scam!

I called Payoneer to report my lost card. The matter was addressed in less than five minutes. Everthing I needed was sorted out. Thank you to the customer service Representative. He was so professional and efficient.

Support never knows a right answer of our questions. Each support staff tell different answers to 1 question.
They don't notify for any action they are taking. They even block account without notification and even they listen to any one who is scammer and on his words they block account

I had a hard day trying to withdraw some $$$ to my bank account. Followed the instructions to clean cookies, changed browsers etc, but nothing seemed to work. Finally I called Payoneer, lost my turn in the first quewe, but finally when got to talk with the representative she solved my big problem in a few minutes. I appreciated her patience by speaking slowly and clearly, as I explained to her that English is not my first language. Finally I'm happy now after a stressfull day!

I've started using Payoneer on June 4th - that's when I sent my first payment to it - and since then, I've had so many questions to ask to where the Customer Service (both on chat and by phone call) were always there to help.
I would definitely recommend Payoneer.
So far I used my virtual card to buy from Steam, Amazon and a couple of other local vendors. They take a few hours to process the order but I think once they confirm the card is legitmate and has funds in it, the process will take much faster.

A request for a card re-issue to a new address was aborted after I followed up and was told after 2 weeks that I did not send a utility bill.
I checked my original email and I confirmed that I had in fact attached a utility bill. Payoneer insisted it was a payment receipt when in fact it was not. It was the original utility bill as issued by my local supplier.
I requested an urgent response after re-attaching the same utility bill.
Up to now, I have received no response.
I could have been alerted 2 weeks ago that my card had not been shipped but I was only alerted when I followed up by phone.
This is unacceptable service.

They replied me very late (after 48 hours) on support ticket. My upwork account transaction was not transferred successfully in my payoneer account. It was showing me in pending state so I had submitted the request to payoneer support but they didn't reply me. After waiting some time, I submitted another request but no reply. Even I had submitted my third request they still didn't reply. After 48 - 72 hours I guess, I got reply from payoneer support.

I do contract work for a company that just recently switched their payroll to Payoneer. After signing up for what was represented as "direct deposit" into my checking account, I awoke to find no funds in my account on pay day. After much wasted time on hold, and a lot of back and forth with sarcastic customer service reps I was told that I had to wait 3-5 business days for an Echeck to clear before funds were available, which Payoneer blamed on the bank. I called my bank, a well-known institution, and they told me they had nothing to do with it, that it was Payoneer. Payoneer then told me that they do not do direct deposit (the option was listed as being able to have funds "deposited directly" into a bank account, semantics!) and that if I wanted immediate access to my pay I could sign up for a Payoneer card. Guess what? Payoneer cards cost a fee! This is the worst dealing with a company I've ever expreienced. They misrepresent themselves and what they do. STAY AWAY!

This is the first time to use the service. I had a pending payment and was asked to provide Government ID. Unfortunately my national ID has an error on the date of birth so it was rejected. I spoke to customer care and was asked to provide alternative document. Customer care here are receptive and eager to solve my problem. They solved my problem and my money was immediately released.
