The worst thing is automated system messages when we apply for a solution to a problem. They always say that they are trying their best to solve our problem but they always forget to solve the problem. Worst service ever. Its been 2 months, I have been asking for my application review but no reply.

I have an $800 a month income. And now, after 5 months of using their master card, I can't take my money because they ask me for Verification.
And for verification, I have to provide an URL of my business, and my Invoices...
Really? What if I don't have any of that? I have to fake it?
And the most important part is, the verification can take up to 3 business days...
My family depends on that money, and you found me, to $#*! with...

I had some issues with duplicating accounts as I forgot the old account information. I emailed them and they called me within 24 hours and gave me the solution. Now I have my old account back and they deleted my duplicate account. Very good customer service. Thank you Payoneer!

I had a problem because I did not receive money sent to me for over 2 days. I called payoneer to help and oh wow was I impressed. The representative by the name of Leonie stayed on the phone the entire time until the problem was resolved and during the entire call she was pleasant and supportive and polite. I love payoneer.

I love using Payoneer because it's easy to use and the rate is higher. I regret a bit because I didn't used it before and missed the bonus but it's fine. Because I can get my funds faster now than before.

Its easy flexible and very fast in payment and support response, I always get my payments on time, I am using Payoneer for very long time and very happy to use without any issue.

In general, Payoneer is a really good banking service. I find only one disadvantage in the online support center. It is not possible to ask a question (send a message) about your problem if your topic is not in the list.

Payoneer has been a reliable partner all these years of my freelancing. The service is functional and reliable and the fees are very affordable. With the recent upgrade to the user interface of the site and mobile applications, my experience with their applications has become more intuitive with all functionality easy to find and access. Using their service is simply a pleasure to use.
Another way to judge the efficiency of an organization is to assess the quality and responsiveness of their customer service. Over the years of my using Payoneer, they have consistently met and exceeded my expectations as regards customer service. They are always very responsive and I have always come away from their customer service properly attended to and satisfied. This is invaluable to me as freelancer.

I have written to customer care, and called customer care regarding the fact that I can no longer request payment from clients. I did supply the proper documentation for my request, however the client in question complained that it was not authorized, and the transaction was voided. Then payoneer has stopped my service in terms of being able to request payment from other clients. This is now effecting my day to day business and all I want is a solution where I can again request payment and receive payment from clients.

I was a payoneer user for 4 years. 4 YEARS! Until one day they asked for their so called "Verification" document for my address. My existing address in payoneer site wasn't a match with my current address cause I moved to a new house. Anyways, after keeping me at waiting list for more than 2-3 weeks, I get an email from them that my account has been banned.
WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OR REASON!
I didn't get any explanation in email or in chat when I contacted them regarding this issue. They were like "We cannot provide you any reason for the ban but it says here that your account is banned". I mean what do you think your customers are? Fools!
It's absolutely unacceptable that you ban someone's account without any explanation even after they asked for it. And on top of that, I'm banned for life form payoneer. Did you find me gambling or receiving drug selling money in my account? I was so foolish to think you guys are a good company.
I demand a reason for the ban.

I am sorry to hear about your account being closed. Usually when this happens, it is due to a break in the Payoneer terms and conditions. Unfortunately, in cases like this, we can not disclose the closure reason for security purposes.
Please know that it is never our intent to close an account and we are sad to see that this had to be done. In general, as soon as one of the rules of the terms and conditions becomes broken there is no other action that the review department can take but to close the account.

My Card is expired and I'm being asked to load the expired card with fund in order to get it renewed which should not be compulsory. The purpose of renewal is obviously to load the card with fund. I think Payoneer should stop asking this irrelevant and out of the way requirement.

Payoneer help me to get payment from all over the world, my business provide IT services, I got payment from the client who don't have Payoneer and they paid through their Mastercard.
The payment goes to under review, its because there should not be any money laundering.
However, Payoneer help the freelancer as well s business services very well.

The only reason for the 4 stars was I received a payment that went straight to pending for 5 days, weekend included, and never got an alert until the 5th that I needed to submit additional documents. I was at first angry that I did not receive the request as soon as I had received the payment so everything could have been faster or had been prompted to submit that info when I signed up or during the months but after reviewing the forums I got in contact with a rep over the phone and was able to have it all cleared up very very quickly. Much respects to your team I just think the automatic pending status needs to coincide better with the alerts so I don't end up disputing it with my work.
