DO NOT USE! They get you in with a fairly seamless signup. But once they have you they start asking for more and more details. They then start blocking your money. I have payments that have been "Under Review" for weeks. What EXACTLY could they be reviewing. Tried to contact customer service. NOTHING!. I am doing a report for our company and we will be taking all of our payments from paypal.

I have not had many issues with Payoneer- today had an issue at the retailer I was at - called Payoneer customer service, my questions and concerns were quickly addressed - best part i was only on hold fir about 1 minute, when i did get ti speaj with a rep, i was not bounced around - the persob on the phone with me dealt with it all in a very fast, friendly and efficient manner - great! Hope you keep it up!

I had an Issue with the card order and it was solved by the professional at customer service:
I did not receive the card and I couldn't change the address of the delivery of the company and that was solved by exchanging additional documents by e-mail.
The only thing is that waiting on the line was a bit long, when I called second time to make sure that all my docs have been received and approved (as we agreed that this can be confirmed over the phone).

Started the Process on May 28th 2021, Still waiting for the review of all the documents. If any of the documents does not pass the review, they send a mail to submit the information again. But once you visit their verification centre, there is no option to upload it. You then have to raise Chat request and then the representative will submit for us. Its exactly 4 months and still no sign of the account being opened and Ebay has given a deadline of October First week.

My experience is good but they are more room for improvement. I love receiving payments but the problem with Payoneer is that when the verification for address process could be better. Payoneer should give the option to use a Notary Pubic or Justice of the Peace in Jamaica could sign a form stating that they know the payonerr user and add their number to the document. This would solve the problem of verification. This method is used by our comecommercial bank.

I have a problem that difficult for me. My card it was expired then I renew new card, after I got new I activated. After it activated but I can not make a payment. It show message error like this "We're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time." I am make sure that the email address that I was input including transfer from usd to usd account. Finally I still can't transfer. Hopefully, technical will solve this problem soon.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the "pay" feature on your account was not working. It sounds like you may have just had a card balance issue. When activating a new card, it generally takes 2 hours for any funds from your previous card to be applied to the knew one. Because of this, you are not able to send a payment our right away. Because of this, it can cause a technical issue for the new card which may disable the pay feature. I am happy to see that you were able to speak with our customer care team and this issue does seem to be resolved for you. 1. Too many verification process that are NOT necessary.
2. Clerical fee is okay but bank transfer fee is 2%?! Too high.
3. Customer service based abroad are apathetic. Customer service based in the Philippines are robotic, script-dependent and comprehension is not impressive at all.

I had to wade through a multitude of requests for information, identity and questionnaires. Payoneer's software initially refused to let me continue without a 3rd and 4th UBO, or an executive manager. I am running a startup and have none of those. I had to eventually call a representative to sort this out.
So the comments left by another entrepreneur were spot-on about this being a frustrating experience so far.

The epitome of bad customer service. Not the staff, they tried to be helpful. The company; s lack of clarity and arbitrary action is disgraceful. The simple fact that it is impossible to get an answer for their action on closing an account is reprehensible to say the least. I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone, quite the reverse. The inability to talk with anyone with authority to resolve an issue is just the icing on the cake

I got my last payment on Feb. 2nd. Today is Feb. 16th. And I can do nothing with these funds... Nothing at all! Customer support sends me auto-replies, and they are obsolete since they have changed their application. I keep messaging them sending screenshots and explaining the situation, but get no constructive answers. I can't update my bank accounts, for some reason I have reached the maximum, and the single account for withdrawal I have doesn't show up anywhere except my bank accounts, where all I can do is delete it. They said it's because my previous country of residence was Russia so that is why I can do nothing... It makes no sense. As well as you charging me $30 for maintenance when I get no help and answers.
