I had problem with the card shipping I believe the delay happened because of corona virus and the limited stuff payoneer have in office, however they're professional enough to cooperate and help you with whatever problem you have.

I called in last january 13 to inform that my latest withdrawal was incorrect because I entered the atm card number instead of my account number. I was told from the first representative that it will be 14 business before the money will return to my payoneer account but i was lucky that my concern was handled by my fellow Filipino representative and it only took only 5 days to return my money. I requested to expedite my issue. Thanks again my issue has been resolved and handled well. Good job!

I am so so so happy and too much satisfied with payonner customer support. It was really a great experience! But it's very annoying to have these kind of payment issues. I hope, payonner will be more careful about it. Overall, I am happy :)

In terms of calls, they are responsive, understanding, and committed to helping. However, sending emails to these guys is like a waste of time, they never reply, and if they do, they take weeks. Stick to calls though

As this is a financial services so i think this need to be more fast as they are. If a person need more then 10 days to take a payment then that will be really critical for anyone. So i recommend to payoneer to setup their customer care with more person or executive and give customer service more fast.

So they rejected a payment then when I proceeded to contact them via live chat they told me I need to have 200 on my account to receive a new card and payments. Pray tell, how the hell am I supposed to have 200 for 1 new card if I cannot receive any payments if my card isn't renewed?

She is so polite and welcoming.
She has excellent communication skills and also patient.

I was turned around many days by your automated system until I finally found out how to speak to a real person. As soon as I was connected to a person I felt my needs were being met and someone actually understood what I was experiencing.

I had money paid into Payoneer, I received requests from them for documentation which i duly returned to them then more requests for what and where it was coming from which i told them and sent details of whom I was working for and all I kept getting back was this is an auto response e-mail do not reply to this address.
I had to call them and try to explain what I had sent but they still cancelled the payment.
However I think it as all been sorted

Received an email on 6 of April that the transaction been proceed successfully.
On 11 of April my suppler informed me that the payment not proceed due to a document I did not submit
No communication from Payoneer to address this issue. Kept the money for more than a week without me know that if there is any issues in my account.
Furthermore I did submit the required documents over than 4 times system is not responding.
Very bad experience and let me lose a face infront of my suppler

If you have any issue in payoneer just call the payoneer customer center and they will solve.
And very good regarding the payment if comparison to others. Its good and fast for payment transfer with minimum fees...

If I need any support from Payoneer then I directly call Payoneer's call center. Because Payoneer call center always helps me professionally.
I don't like Payoneer live chat. Because sometimes give me wrong info. They are not professional. Just a simple known person. I don't like Payoneer's Live Chat.
I hope Payoneer will increase his live chat service more professionally.

Big dollar to peso rate, fast transfer, the card is great even though it's USD. Overall I liked it. I haven't used it very much because I mostly receive peso, though this is a great site to help you with USD transactions. Also, it works like a credit card in POS transactions. Legit site.

I am very pleased to have a bank account there. Everytime I enhanced a problem they solved it very quick. They still have to do some application maintenance for the phone application but, overall, I do recommend them for secure online payments.

I called in because my card was compromised and had was cancelled by Payoneer (which is a good thing) The two girls, Sofia and Charly, I spoke to was very professional and competent. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The communication was excellent.
