I love using Payoneer, it's very easy to operate I think. But yet I'm leaving 4 star instead of 5 because, the percentage of charge in ATM withdrawal is too much I think. If it was 1.5%-2% then it was okay. But 3.5% is too much I think.

I really had a hard time on verifying my account. First they didn't accept my TIN card so i was advised to get a postal id. The approval the documents was so slow. Atlast my account is now verified. Thanks to Jam a customer service from Philippines who helped in my problem

I wrote to them a couple of weeks ago to explain that I could not access my account and I could not reset the account. I explained that this could be due to the fact that I may have got the phone number wrong. I travel all the time and my mobile number keeps changing. I have no way of knowing what it was when I opened the account. They have finally replied and told me that the reason I could not reset the account is because I entered the wrong phone number and I must try again using the correct phone number. This is very obviously a reply written by a computer and a human has not looked at the case. Why does it take so long if it does not involve human interaction? It is very hard to understand the level of incompetence.

Payoneer is good as it has low cost of commission at the time of receiving payment but, we can not send payment like paypal. Paypal charge is high on receiving payment but, no fee at the time of send. Payoneer should also update to be best.

I never had this type of bad service from a company. I use PayPal, Skrill, and on them I can receive money paid by Credit Card in seconds, but Payoneer takes days asking for ID and all this $#*!. I am waiting now "only" for one day to a payment will be approved to my Payonner account.
My customer and me we are thinking that Payoneer is not serious company and I will warn every body to use they service.
I will close my account with them and write a complain to European Consumer Center.
Don't use they service.

I like it, but perhaps it hagged and locked by the bad anyone, then my account locked a few times. Please find the best measure to waste time in my acting due to I still no be able to log in or getting my some money, yet.

You need wait days for the support team to reply to your request and they can cancel our account anytime without mentioning anything not even an email and it happens when ever you receive a account and you don't when you will get refund the money of your account and they don't even review the account again it can be a mistake from them. So paypal is better than payonneer even if it charged some more money there will not be any delay and their support is good.

OMG! What kind of a company is that? International payment provider: seriously?
They do NOT answer customer service tickets unless you harass them to get a reply and it comes after weeks and several follow up emails.
Their solution is NOT working, months after I opened a business account
They ask you tons of documents and for nothing because your account just doesn't get approved
They just DO NOT REPLY when you try to contact them!
And you want to trust this company to manage your money or your customer payment?... Just run away as far as you can from this company!
Tip for consumers:
Just move on and don't waste time with these clowns. There are dozens of other local and international payment providers who are doing a great job. If your time is precious, just don't get involved with PAYONEER....

This is the Terrible Company ever.
They always delay, delay and delay you payments.
Support is terrible and they always message you 1 time for a week no more.
Forgot phone calls, I wait 45 minutes on telephone line and never response.
Please dont lose time for this company.

It is ridiculous how long I have to wait to be able to use my money. Not only do ww pay insane fees, but the amount of time ww have to wait for you to review whether I can use my money or not. You should consider how many new services there are now. I have created a Zelle and Paypal accounts to stop using yours. And I would highly discourage other from using this service.

Yesterday i tried to log in in my payoneer account and i got the message that my account has been blocked.In live chat the agent told me that for security reason he can t tell me why they blocked me. After that he just close the chat and nothing else. I guess payoneer deny you the right to replay or to ask further informations. Lost my account, lost my money.

I recently encountered a problem where I could not make online purchases using my card. I called the helpline and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was guided through the solution and almost immediately the issue was resolved. I was asked to try making purchase again and the representative stayed on the line till she got the confirmation of the successful purchase from my side.

The pending payment was returned to the sender and it does take a few working days for the payment to return.
