Besides having my issue resolved satisfactorily, I also felt my time was respected in that rather than keep me waiting on queues, I was given the option to be called back AND to resume my position in the queue! How great is that!

I absolutely LOVE Payoneer! I love that I have my own card to use wherever I go and I can access my funds that I made online. How cool is that? (Unlike other brands... won't mention names).
I also love that Customer Care always responds so fast and my query is always handled quickly. LOVE!

Their dashboard is pathetic, they will order a card that will never arrive. And they won't send you any details about it. And when you contact them via customer service, their automated response will tell you that you will receive it.

Dont know why we have to upload a copy of our passport to receive payments through payoneer. It is very dangerous I think to upload this kind of material in this age of hacking technology and identity theft.

The agent was incompetent (my first agent). My second agent Ricardo gave me hope.
I am sure that you can see the information I used to create the account so why is there now an issue when I am using the same information.
You need more agents like Ricardo.

What happen the Teams
I have created so many account but teams always blocked my account team is say 1 person 1 account but i don, t have any active account i have send so many times emails just say create new account when i create new account after the teams locked my account who will sloved my problems why not fix that problems i have created more than 20 account but now active account is 000 how many email i have to create

I want to complain Jam - the support I spoke to Yesterday. No help at all. She is Rude and not accommodating. She sounds in a hurry.
I want to commend Kaye for her support. She helps me at all. First, the call was disconnected on her end. I call back, she apologies, I don't know what happen on her end. But still in the end she helps me resolve the issue.

Called Support to confirm a payment sent was received by the receiving party. I was only on hold for a minute and the Rep was able to answer all my questions within a few minutes. Very fast and effecient!

They block my account without any reason and took 2,7500$ now they don't reply on chat if I call customer service they hung up by saying its blocked you cannot use it anymore, they are real Big Scam, please don't use them they will block when you have big money in your account.

I have been going around in circles with e-mails and locked out of my account for over 5 weeks.
That is not funny. I am quite new to the system, and did expect a pre paid credit card, but have been informed that my account is a current account and not a card account?
Payoneer's system has not been working for me in the way I envisaged. I may get there in the end, or I may just move.

I always recieved my money through payoneer every sunday thats why I don't get the point why they need to review it from time to time every 2 or 3 months so stupid! Now I know why my co workers choose Paypal because Paypal is accurate and real time.

I did not choose this card. Appen International informed me that they would pay me this way. Who knew that the few nickles I earned would be consumed by service fees. Out of roughly $15 I earned, I only got $4.95. Is that fair? No. Say NO to Payoneer.
