I called to cancel a new card I requested earlier this month because the previous card was mailed from 24/5/2021 only got to me today. The rep was professional and informed me that that the request for the new card was cancelled.

My experience with Payoneer is not very good so far, I cannot verify my account and I've waited for 15 days.
It's like talking with robots, when I call them.
And also I would not recommend Payoneer to anyone I know.

I really have little experience with Payoneer. I am yet going through registration process to have my account approved. However, with my few interactions with customer care. I have always been satisfied with the way and manner I have been handled. Very polite and nice people, and always ready to assist to have my issue resolved. Customer care deserves recommendation.

If you plan to withdraw from your account do not get a payoneer card. I wish I never got one. You cannot withdraw from your account if you connect a card.
You pay for money to enter your account and you pay to withdraw money.
If you want to get money from many companies as a freelancer payoneer does not give you freedom. They requested my contract before they can release a still pending payment. I don't want anyone seeing it but I have no choice. I don't want my money frozen.

I have tried to receive payments many times from my client, but payments has not been approved. I have tried discover why payment is not approved, but support is very slow and all my payment request is overdued. And finally they disabled my accout by undisclosed reason! So much terrible. The Russian support do not want to talk, did not listen at once close the live chat.

Registration was correct, submitted IDs (different info: names, numbers, addresses). I received card, activated them and everything was OK.
