I want to complain Jam - the support I spoke to Yesterday. No help at all. She is Rude and not accommodating. She sounds in a hurry.
I want to commend Kaye for her support. She helps me at all. First, the call was disconnected on her end. I call back, she apologies, I don't know what happen on her end. But still in the end she helps me resolve the issue.
Katherine was very much eager to help however the system was down and the Accounts Approval Department's people were not availanle yet.
