I can't understand why a service offering a financial service for international businesses will require three days to follow through on a customer request. I have been trying to order a prepaid card since Sept. 12th, 2018, I am still struggling to get my identification approved, I don't understand this is a very sensitive issue and much care should be taken for security reasons. But I am sure there are much better ways to get issues like this verified through a direct communication with the customer. I was also trying to have the prepaid cards sent to a different address than my registered address and the process is so complicated. Considering that financial services ought to be prompt and fast for customers to achieve their business goals the wait time can be improved, and the communication on the verification procedures can be much better, to get more happy customers.

After 1 year when you successful paid fee renew your account... after few day you can see you account will be blocked. When you ask them, why block my account? They are replay you, you application under review & take your time minimum 15 days. After they answer, we can't account back to you. If you ask them what is specific reason for account block? They can tell you, we can't tell about that specific reason. All over the world daily they can 1000++ account block by this way and earn $ *******++... so keep safe and use another company for payment receive option.

Someone tell them that there are many countries you can actually live in and not have an id issued by the country. No word from them that my account is not approved, website says no need to provide more documents. End result, 2 months account pending and my money is stuck in Airbnbn.

I was waiting for a new Payoneer card to transfer my balance from my previous card that has expired, but I haven't received a new card. So I still can't reach my money and my business is blocked because I can't receive the payments from Airbnb as I don't have a new card. This situation is absurd.
I closed my old account that i not used in wile and open new account but its blocked and i contact support center and email my problem they professionally treated my and gave very friendly service for me, problem not solves yet but i surely hope it will be solving near future.
