My country's ID is showing expired they kept rejecting it and I made several request to them explaining it and I was fully ignored. I had to call them and escalated the issue and I am still not sure if they will even fix it at this point.

I tried to log in to my account this week and I received error "Account Blocked Contact Support". I tried to get in touch with Support and they said "We dont know why but you cant access your account anymore". I have $260 in my account that payoneer has stolen. I have read other instances where people receive an email that their account will be blocked in 5 days and they have a chance to withdraw money and move their business elsewhere. I am okay with this. But they are blocking my account and stealing my money out of nowhere.
I am a paying customer. If there is a problem with my account, communicate it with me. If there has been a violation of terms (in my case I have not violated any terms), communicate it with me. Or atleast send me an email in advance that your account will be blocked in a few days. But to block my account with money in it is criminal. Fix my account so that I can withdraw MY money or I will report you guys on every forum.

If you know it, and you want that your clients to be safe, then make a more secure system, (+mobile phone for exemple) and if that's happens from your side, then, the new card should be at your expense and not for mine. But thanks for blocking!

Stay away from these people. You will lose your money. They were charging me $16 to make an atm withdrawal and they couldnt explain to me wehre their fees came from. To keep sending me a copy and paste response to their pricing and fees page. The fee should have been $3 from my atm + $3.15 from their fees. So I ask them, where did the extra $10 come from and they sent me again to their pricing and fees page that only shows the $3.15 that I already explained to them in the original message. $#*!ing thieves. If I had the power, I would sue them. I keep asking them where did the damn $10 extra you are charging me coming from? And they wont answer. $#*! them. I'm using Transpay instead. MUCH BETTER service and they wont steal your money

My account/card was closed due to a dispute which was finally resolved in mid-December, 2018. Unfortunately, Payoneer could not transfer the funds to another account I have open and available for transactions because they couldn't simply open the closed account, make the transfer then close the account in final. Instead, Payoneer has to issue another card, mail it to me and waste a lot of time and energy for such a mediocre transaction. In my opinion, this is wasteful time and energy. There is "room for improvement" in this regard. This in only one of the reasons why I switched from Payoneer to PayPal.

The contract states that we will receive money 5 to 7 working dats after the guests checks in, it has been 21normal days and still no sign of our money for two properties. The USA owners get their money the next day after the booking is confirmed and 2 weeks before the guests arrives. I just dont understand how you declare the Bshamian income on your tax return?.

My experience wasn't that good, but I appreciate Abby for assisting me with my concern. I am sending a lot of emails since I was waiting for my pay. It's almost a week now but I have to call for my concern to get resolve. I'm waiting for an email and tell me why my pay is still on processed for how many days but haven't got any answers. What if I didn't call, how long do I have to wait? I badly need the money so I was wondering for how may days, why I am not getting any information about my account. I feel so bad about it.

Ive already been verified twice. And they ask for verification 3rd time after been a valid user for years. And due to this my incoming payments is being delayed and I need my money. Quit with the long unnecessary verifications. Or at least if your requesting information speed up the process and stop impeding the process of receiving my incoming payments This I bad for my business

Hello,
I have been using Payoneer for years and I didn't see any big updates I had even to wait 2 days until I call the customer service to give me a response code which is not shown in my transaction history so I can verify my visa with a Freelance website.
The second issue is you removed the refresh button of the actual balance and I had to two around 10 ~ 20 mins until I see the upcoming transaction!.

I am a trucker that utilizes UShip seldomly for loads back and fourth. I signed up for the payoneer card which has been nothing but trouble. This card is used at gas pumps and I always pay inside if the security strip is tampered with.
Not once, twice but now 4 times someone has stolen my information mysteriously this year. And at $15 each card it is becoming reductions.
Some how I spenthink money at a Sams club in San Antonio while 1000 miles away in Indiana. This $#*! company is a rip off.
And to file a dispute to get my money back they are making me jump through some crazy hoops. They were supposed to send me a paper to sign and send back, I got the email, with no attachment.

The company is a scam and need to be shut down by regulators. They lead us to believe the service is easy to make transaction. I paid a freelancer who did a wonderful job a few days ago, but he is yet to receive his funds. Apparently now they want my passport or photo Is upload to approve the payment? WHAT! They are a dangoures organisation to send personal details to. Who ever needed to provide such personal information to someone. PayPal I'm back! A simple bank acccout and away we go. Payoneer you will be shut down eventually for this unreasonable practices.

We are required, by the US government, to have any payments coming in be reviewed. Our review process, require our clients and their workers to submit documents for verification and approval. We have to make sure our platform is safe for everyone to use. When payments go into review, we strongly advise clients to give our customer care center a call. This will ensure that any documents that needed to be submitted, actually get submitted. Review time for payments can vary case by case. Generally we give our clients an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days ( Saturdays and Sundays not included). Each case gets handled by the order in which they arrived.
We know it is not in your best interest to wait so long for a payment to get approved. Please keep in mind that all our clients go through this process, not just you. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding they go through during this review process.

It took a while to get my acct fixed, but now its taken care of. I opened my acct late last year and had issues, it was hard to deal with without a direct line to call for help. That was until I got my Payoneer card with a number to call. Thank you for your help.

Worst experience ever, alongside with worst Customer Service. I'm highly dissapointed. They are holding your money for more than 15 days, and no matter how hard you try to talk to them (Customer Service) they are telling you the exact same thing you have already heard. When you contact Customer Service, they fill out your report, apologize multiple times and do absolutely nothing for a long period of time. Nothing, not even providing you needed answers. PayPal is much better, they are taking you, your money and concers much more serious. Payoneer is not worth your time, money, and especially your days of worry because they suck at what they should do. Also, system is crashing everyday. If you use this software, your employers will be extremely angry with you. Like I said, would not reccomend to anyone!
Tip for consumers:
If you NEED to use this, be prepared for long, long delay of your money, mine has not even came yet. You really need to prepare your nerves when working with this Company. And, if you do not NEED to use this, listen to my friendly advice, and, just don't use it. It is not worth your time and efforts to get money you earned.
