Their customer service is very hard to reach. Impossible to be waiting for 2 hours on the phone and on the chat but no agent answering queries. Even emails it can take up to 3 days before they get back to you.
Payoneer has been an outstanding service which I have become to trust a lot. Over the last few months, withdrawals to bank accounts are taking too much longer than expected. For that reason, I have let down other people and I am starting to lose trust.
Very hassle free to use and a godsend if you trade worldwide in multiple currencies. It has save us $200 a month in bank standing charges so I totally recommend Payoneer as a flexible solution. It's easy for clients to use too.

This card is flagged/rejected as "prepaid card" in car rental places that claim to accept Visa and MasterCard. This is embarrassing and frustrating. Payments take too long to process. It can be complicated, but if u can set up correctly, it's good to have to receive payments from those clients like Airbnb ect.
I started with them when they offered pre-paid cards to Freelancers through freelance websites. That was 10 years ago and to this day, the service they provide is essential to International freelancers like me. I used to just use the card, but found the bank account service useful too, when a client wanted to pay me by bank transfer.
I find their support to be good, compared to many other financial services I've used. I had several emergencies over the years and all of them were solved in a timely manner.
They have their tough spots. I found the proof of residence to be a chore, since I had almost no documents that were less than 6 months old, for proof. This was frustrating, but I guess different countries have their differences in how one proves their place of residence. I resolved the issue eventually. That's the most inconvenience I've ever had with them.

The customer service is good when you eventually get through but calling is better. They might have a hitch on their live-chat.

So far very pleased with the customer service response time. Though I'd hope never to encounter the same problem again with the initial requirements to create an account. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received my first transaction. This could've been easier for new users, I hope the service improves. I'm still waiting for my transfer to complete and can't wait till next week. Overall would rather use this than other apps.
The customer service is a joke. There is no transparency on anything. I never did any transfers through Payoneer but a simple query on approval is going on from Nov 13 till date. So I can't imagine what it will be if payments get blocked. Simple advise avoid at any or all cost!
