Every time I need to send or get funds, the qulaity and speed of the service I get with Payoneer are amazing. If anything happens, their support is ready to solve any issue really quickly (unlike PayPal where I should wait for days once they get back to my inquiry).

I got 2 issues.
1st issue was about blocked card to be replaced with new one and 2nd issue was about fund switching to new active cards.
1st issue took time but 2nd issue was solved promptly.
I find Live chat assistance is quick way to resolve issue. Only frustrating thing is - Once your chat get disconnected, next time you will get a new chat assistant, to whom client needs to explain everything from scratch.
Although Chat history option is there, but it would be nice, if in case of disconnection, same chat assistant can be allocated so that we can resume chat discussion from place where it was disconnected earlier instead of repeating everything to new chat assistant.

Paypal transfers in 10 mins while Payoneer transfers in 12 hours. Lol. But payoneer's rate is cheaper than Paypal. Fair trade if you tell me. I haven't tried Paypal's customer service yet but Payoneer's agents are very good. Though Payoneer's wait time is 15mins. Geez.

I was travelling and working lately and i relied on the Payoneer card for getting and spending money. BIG MISTAKE
They are holding my payment hostage for a week now and i am running low... and now they have suddenly blocked it due to some issue THEY have internally and literally left me dry with no funds in the middle of London.
This is just the latest in many horrific experiences i have had with them. Customer support does not reply to messages. When they do, they answer vague s#*t to buy time, but you don't get a straight answer 9/10 times. Then you wait and wait...

Costumer rep said my account is approved already that i can receive funds even my bank account and other stuff are not yet verified. It was brief and clear. My concerns were answered but still need to check because i haven't receive my salary yet.

I received my new card and activated it on the11th of august 2021 but funds on my old card and the new payments was not transfered to my new card till i called payoneer U: K: customer service. Lady at the phone fixed my issue right away wh, ch was great but although i received an email from payoneer notifying that transfer will be done why did i had to call? And if i hadn't how long more would i have to waite? Therefor 3 star at this time.

It has been two years that Haven't use Payoneer I was lost on how to navigate the portal forgot how to send vouchers and some interface are very new to me, I really thought that my account is already close that I need to go through the process again but I'm so glad that it's not. I was helped by Wendy and she was so very helpful and very patient to walk me through to the new portal interface. Good thing I still have a Payoneer account I can get out from other platforms that charges me so much of fees!

I don't recommend Payoneer to anyone because they will close your account in future without any reason, also they will reduce their services with the time (eg: Make a Payment) and they will never give you the reason, so they are not professional!

Hi Paul, please be advise that according to Payoneer's policy all Payoneer account must be in line with our terms and conditions.
If you want to have a fair and safe experience when making payments, use PayPal or Transferwise. Both are credible companies that have policy's against sellers trying to deceivingly rip you off. Unlike Payoneer, they don't harbour criminals and have the necessary checks in place to protect the buyer. Buyer protection, something that every financial institution offers including all International Banks is not offered with this criminal institution.
Also, when it comes to customer service, they are the WORST. It cannot months to reply to a simple email. To put this into prospective, i sent an enquiry for which it took one month to recieve a reply. However my follow up email took 2 MONTHS for a reply.
Their Online Chat is a whole new monster altogether, their barely online and when they are, your put in a queue and could be forced to wait upwards of an hour. 1hr.
My advise, don't make the same mistake as i did, choose any other financial institution but Payoneer.

I had a problem with my registration, I used the autofill of my browser, but I did not realize that my phone had an incorrect number, I also entered a wrong letter from my new email address. It was a long wait until the solution was reached. Support in all languages was excellent. Just the delay for the attendance and the lack of feedback is what made me a little dissatisfied because I did not know what was happening with my account. Finally, it was very well attended and my account was resolved.

Very disappointed with the verification process. They should at least take considerations when it comes to ID. They should at least allow secondary IDs if the customer can't provide primary. Specially this pandemic, it is not easy to get ID ASAP.

I've started using Payoneer a few months ago as a payment gateway for Homart (they can't deal in USD). It works when it works.
What I mean is: if everything is correct, the payments are delivered pretty fast. I had some problems with support though. 2 payments got delayed because of wrong deposit information and
Their support is pretty hit or miss. Live chats are always cancelled when I'm first on queue and emails are never answered so the only way I could reach support was throught a direct international phone call (which are not cheap). It took me more than 3 calls to get the problem solved (hopefully - I'm still waiting for the payments to be delivered). International phone calls aren't cheap, so please fix your support. Other than that, it works.
