I receive a payment from a payoneer user and they blocked my account. I have 1465 euro in my account i call them to release these funds they told me to provide my held id with dob written on it i provide them all the documents. After 20 days they replied me that they wil not release my funds and froze it for security purpose. My all provided documents are approved by there department but still they did not release my funds. They robbed my money. Kindly this is my suggestion not to use there services because they will froze your money as well and they will never pay you. I needs these funds very badly but they did not listen anything from my side they just froze my funds. Now its upto you to use there services or not

It would be much better if Payoneer would ensure that the customer is made aware of all the necessary requirements for verification before the client chooses Payoneer as a mode of payment. This would avoid unnecessary stalemates in the release of funds from Payoneer.

I use Payoneer to receive funds from Amazon and pay some of my suppliers. Works like a charm.
I use a Payoneer credit card as well and all transfers occur very quicly (usually a few minutes) as opposed to T/T transfers which take forever.

One of the worst customer care services I found around. No email replies, you have to chase them for an answer. I wanted to close my account and nobody replied. I thought they weren't replying just because I wanted to terminate my account. In the end, after many times, I was able to call and my issued was resolved by a great employee, Dave Malgarejo, who actually cared about customer satisfaction and he went above and beyond to make things go smoothly for me. So I thank Dave, and NOT Payoneer for this.
I wouldn't recommend Payoneer to anyone, absolutely terrible.

I have been receiving payments since november. Just last 14th I had a pending payment and only to find out last 17th that it will reflect in my acct until I submit a valid id. I never receive any notification or email that the ID I previously submitted was never valid since november. I begged for 1 time if they can let me receive my money since I never really knew about submitting another one and my ID is not even valid. And it will take a week, weeks or even a month to secure an ID.

The ID has to be valid and not expired; the norm is the same for every business providing financial services and not only in Payoneer. You can find this information on our support center.

The customer service rep was very professional patient and polite while I went to 3 different atm machines to try to get funds from my card. Each time I tried to use my card even from the very 1st attempt I got a message saying I attempted to use it too many times.ans please check your branch. In the end I decided to apply to Payoneer for a new card which the customer representativewas very kind in speeding that process along as he realized how frustrated I was. Its the 1st payoneer card I have ever received that I havenevwr been able to access my funds from..

The agent was very good but the Payoneer itself its bad and i dont recommend it at all and its been more than a month for them to check my documents and they sent me an email that ican receive money from the company that i work for but i was shocked that the salary is pending and i need the money as fast as possible and they mentioned thats because my national id and they didnt email me so i was checked cuz they sent me an email that everything is fine so really bad payoneer but the agent was very good and explained everything to me

Hi,

My clients are feeling system is complicated and asking to switch to PayPal or something else because they don't understand how they can send me payments.

When I have to request a client for the first time. I need to ask them many things like company name, website url, first name, last name. I don't think all fields are getting verified by payoneer before sending a payment request. So its better that I just need to enter user's email address and all the other details fetched automatically.

Also its taking much time in doing payment transer. It takes 2-3 days to transfer to my payoneer account after my client complete payment request and again 2-3 days to get payment in my bank account. If this can be reduced that will be great.

It took 2 months to order the card. Then after many live chats to discover that DHL normal post went straight to SA post Office and disappeared. I ordered the card and paid $40. The customer care used an old address even after I had updated my details. Did not confirm address but sent 3 rd card. I called in before card could be shipped and requested change. 4 th card was now ordered and customer care after confirming 3rd card would not be sent - I received a confirmation from DHL to say its on its way. - I am excited to say that I have finally received my card. Anna from Payoneer was very supportive and although the customer service chat were annoying in not getting down to the root of the problem. I can say that everyone was kind and poilte.

* Did the management of Payoneer directly put into motion a plan to bankrupt Choice Bank and sacrifice its adult industry connections also bankrupting First Choice Pay? Ultimately Mastercard is the entity that caused this situation, but the question is did Payoneer see it coming in advance and do something to deliberately hurt customers?

Terrible customer service automation, horrible documentation and automation of account validation process.

2+ weeks and 5+ calls to support to yet again get vague explanation of why account is not yet validated... seriously?
Meanwhile, opened USD & EUR accounts in two banks, in few clicks, in single day.
Would promote ePayments or meriad of alternatives instead of wasting time on payoneer.

I got disconnected and the Customer Service Representative promptly returns my call and fix the issues and approve my new card right away. Great customer service guys!
