2 year payoneer customer, never had any problems until all of a sudden global bank transfers became damagingly unreliable. 3-5 days turned into 10 days - whenever it gets there... SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU.
Its a totally abusive system thats unreliable, faulty and very scary for someone who lives paycheque to paycheque.My only saviour was that government social assistance, otherwise known as welfare bailed me out of the jam but that means i took that money from someone who REALLY needed it when i had already earned the money i needed and payoneer couldnt be bothered to help.

I think such veryfication should be done in the beginning when setting up the account and not after a few sucessfull transactions and in the middle of an improtant one, so customers get into trouble with their payments.

I had a problem with the shipment of my prepaid card, i knocked Payoneer support and they replied nicely and tried their best tto solve my problem. They assure me about the re-shipment. I hope this time i will get it on time.

Payoneer before i thought is a scam you need a agent employee payoneer to your country before you can access. Contact them if any problem comes. He can help you. Dont contact customer service in payoneer thats an idiot employee no one can hep you. You wait to long and forever. Its been 26 days and i havent received my payment! I received 32 from fiver in payoneer account and i made a withdrawl to my local bank in pakistan but there was some issue with my bank details so i corrected them and its been 1 month and no payment has been received by me, its my 2nd time calling customer service hopefully this time the issue is solved, i have other payments payment but now i am scared to use payoneer for my transactions

Spoke to Josh reference number: ************** he behaved like a scammer and did not resolve my issue instead he told me garbage. I do not think he represented the company well and needs to be retrained as he is clueless and is misinforming customers. I had requested a Payoneer debit card, unfortunately for various reasons I never activated it. Today I contacted Payoneer asking to address and cancel the debit card addressed to me. I opened our companys account 2 days back, on saturday. Having no idea that it doesnt work on saturdays. Documents uploaded as asked by the system. Account opening just took some minutes! Which was very good. But, once i requested payment from my US client, its showing pending review since saturday! Today is monday 25th june 2018. Approached the helpline. The helpline guy said saturday sundays are closed so no processing on those days, monday hopefully review of your payment may get completed and there after 5 working days to show the money in our local bank account!
Sounded Scary to me, as we wont be able to cater to clients if things are always delayed in this pattern. So just 3 stars! System should communicate better with the account holder in order to avoid PANIC! ANXIETY! What if money doesnt come or what if its again goes back! MY CLIENT MAY NOT LIKE IT?

The same account I have used with Payoneer since 2016 for VRBO payouts is still in use. I requested an IBAN number to be added in May 2019 and provided documentary proof. In January 2020 I discover I do not receive my payments. Payoneer claims I have no active account on file. Today 6. 1. 2020 I still have no confirmation that I will receive my payments.

Please be advised that you do have an active account with us, however it possible that when you contacted our support team there was some miscommunication. In order to find a clients Payoneer account that is linked with VRBO, they will need to provide the correct email written the correct format in order to be able to locate the account. We do see that there has been another bank account added to your account per your request. We want you to know that any transfers made to your account, can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to arrive. Please also note that Saturdays and Sundays Payoneer does not operate, as well as many of the intermediate banks we use. Your funds are still on their way to your local bank account. We ask you to kindly wait for the respective time frame. This is the standard time frame many of our clients are given.

I received my first payment by Payoneer and they have decided to lock my account irrevocably. I have offerred my assistance with anything but they still decided not to open my account and my funds are frozen. I don't even believe this is happening and that Payoneer doesn't even give you a fair stance. It is a mistake of their system and yet they give no care whatsoever.

I had an awful experience with Payoneer, I usually pay my colleagues with this means, but this time, the authorization took longer than usual, so I called and I was told I had to wait 48 hours for this operation to be reviewed. Let us, customers, decide on our funds and who we send them to. This person has a Payoneer account and there was no reason to delay this payment. I had to use another means and then I was told I could not cancel this payment that had never been done if my colleague did not send them an email asking for this. Imagine! I did not pay him as agreed and I had to bother him to send an email canceling the operation, instead of doing so myself, as the owner of the funds. I found this completely nuts! PLEASE change that procedure, do the payment or let us customers cancel it ourselves ASAP.
