I joined Payoneer under a promotion from my employing company, where Payoneer promised me $50 for joining.
I wasted over 8 hours waiting and trying to get help, but useless staff keep telling you "24-48" and never respond.
My case has "been escalated to specialist support and supervisors" but still nothing.
It's been over a month now, extremely dissappointing that a company offers you a promotion and expects you to spend hourless hours chasing it up.

Guys! Listen I ready all of your reviews and your problems I never faced any of a problem like you because I receive my payment to payoneer on time and when I withdraw I receive my funds to my account with in 24 hours thats the real payoneer. So, I'm really very satisfied from payoneer their support system is fast and customer friendly even I have made some friends in their customer care center. I love payoneer I can even withdraw as mush money as mush I want even $******* at a time there is no issue with my payments they can easily transfer the funds to my local bank and also they can reship my card I ordered my card twice and I received it on time Payoneer is awesome and worlds fastest payment service I'm working as a consultant with Facebook the payment is so fast I love it I recommend it to all of you guys add that bank in your payoneer which is your country's top bank of the year that will work perfect with payoneer.
East or west Payoneer is the best.
Tip for consumers:
Use your country's top bank into payoneer. Because it works perfectly with payoneer I'm from Pakistan and I'm fully satisfied from payoneer.

I lost my contact number on my profile setting and had to change it. The system does not allow you to change a mobile number and Elmerina at the support centre who I spoke to once I contacted the support centre, gave me a very professional and excellent service.

Tech issues could be more seamless. Cld not locate how to link the airbnb acct to the payoneer. Zara tried a few options and discovered that there were 2 apps and one was linked with airbnb and one was independent

They procrastinate with oour requests and their "approval" department freaking extend everything for long time, they made me wait for a whole month and a half for a card approval i wanted it expedited and even kept the $40 in my account i had an emergency and had to do the withdraw and then they $#*!ing shipped it normal delivery i would have appreciated somebody from your team tell me i had to keep the balance in my card.

Payoneer canceled my payment and I still have not gotten back my money. Customer support is the WORST and there is no one who can resolve the real issue. After weeks I still have not been reimbursed and repeated calls and emails have not rectified the issue. Terrible service and the worst company.

Payoneer lacks lean in their performance. A month a go on the 5th Nov, I wrote to tgem in need of support but untill now, nobody has ever responded to my support querry!
There is need to fix this... clients waiting time is beyond ridiculous!... so insane!

My experience was excellent with the representative.
I uploaded my document and identity card. Identity card had been approved but the docunents were still pending in review and i didn't get any approval email as well. That is why i called and representative told me in very gentle and professional way that the account has been approved. Overall, I am satisfied. Thanks anyways.

It is a good app but the only thing I noticed is that you need to call customer service first before they will activate your account it took 2 weeks for me to get my payment but good thing the customer care here in the PH is willing to help.

I paid a 3rd party. After 1 week of not receiving the service, i did a online chat to start a claim to get my money back. I had not heard anything from Payoneer, so i filed a claim with my CC bank. Payoneer responded to the claim stating that the charge was valid, I spoke with a representative at Payoneer, they said the claim i started with them was investigated, and they found that I had not received the service and reversed the charge from the 3rd party. But since I started a claim with the CC bank that they had to do the reversal on their side. I spoke with CC bank, and they stated Payoneer had denied the claim and stated the charge was valid. Each time I spoke with customer service from Payoneer I was given a different story until finally they said they could no longer help me. They kept the $999 that was reversed from the 3rd party and will not reverse the charge back to me. I feel scamed

I left a review here saying that payoneer blocked my account without reason or notification, took my funds, and were not providing any answers. A payoneer rep replied here asking me to PM him so he'll look into it. I PMed him and got NO answer and my funds are still missing. So anywhere you see here payoneer commenting on reviews saying "PM us to look into it" it is just a PR scam, they don't reply to any messages. Avoid at all costs and report them to BBB as I did

- support is $#*!ed and dont want to help you. I asked what to do, like bots said "create 2nd account", but FFS in first account have prepaid card, my company only send me money to prepaid card. Support answer "create 2nd account". REALLY?!
