I have issues with transferring money from Payoneer account to my Revolut account. I have tried before and I got rejected, although if you, guys, have your SSI updated, it really shouldn`t be any problem transferring from Payoneer to Revolut. I got a very smart and skillful Customer Service Agent that gave me possible solutions. I will try them out. BIG thank you!

Don't open a Chinese bank account because you have to have a Chinese ID card in order to get your payment approved by Payoneer. I tried to handle this so many times and it took over a month, but they basically told me that I had to use my bank account from where ever your ID is from. So if you use a British passport as your ID, then you must use a British bank account, or if you use a Swedish drivers license as your ID, then you must use a Swedish bank account, and so on.
Overall Payoneer is convenient. Customer service is friendly and professional. I just wish they didn't have such a strict policy towards opening bank accounts.

The Payoneer APP and website interface is friendly, so is the online chat service. However, I had many issues trying to withdraw from my payoneer account on ATMs in Brazil, mostly because there is no option to see in Payoneer the money amount you do have in your local currency. The taxes to withdraw and check your balance are pretty high in my opinion.

They have excellent customer service. They are very friendly and accomodating. They don't leave you behind if you got disconnected. They will reach you both by phone and email to make sure you got what you need.

I am very disappointed after over 6 years of being a loyal customer to you. Not to mention the card freeze scandal last year, but I haven't been able to reorder a card since Nov23. It is my 4th card in a row!
At the end, so I don't miss my 3rd salary in a row I am forced to order the card through DHL and pay 20$. On top of me losing money, I pay to call you twice in the past 3 months and pay for the card. You are through embarrassment for the business you do.
Let me be clear, your support representative was super nice and professional, you as a company and management should be ashamed to put your staff through hell with customers. Shame.

Service on my second call in was great, my first call was in was horrid! Im also very unhappy that for some reason my card is flagged as fraud all of my money is on it and I cant access it for 48hrs or until the fraud department processes it! I will be changing my check to direct deposit to my bank due to this issue I cant afford bot being able to access my money.

Terrible customer service! Inadequate replies to my requests for the return of a security deposit I gave them for my daughter's Birthright trip. Couldn't give me a credit on my charge, couldn't complete a bank transfer and then - yes, the check's in the mail! NO, it wasn't and now 6 months later they are looking into it?
So frustrating, and par for the course it's been on me to stay on them to try to get my refundable deposit returned... still trying!

I have created a payoneer account and requested a payment of $20 from someone which was never received to me. I've contacted them immediately through email, and a lady called Mary told me that she will escalate it to the relevant department. I waited for one entire week with no reply. I re-sent them another email to tell them what's going on, and they still did not reply back. This is a total BIG SCAM by all means. AVOID PAYONEER AT ALL COSTS. They're very good at bluffing people but you should have your eyes widely opened for such companies. Again, a SCAM website's major task is to deceive people by making things seem very normal.

She was gorgeous and have best character and was Soo much helping and calm and nice that my balance got finished and she called me back again and helped out. They provide fake updates and even their support will just provide fake promises about mailing you the update. Payment was delayed for more than a month and they didnt provide even a compensation for the same.
