And than it took hours of getting help from your Israeli service workers to fill up your preposterose new forms. All for Payoneer permission to let me enjoy my savings.

I opened this account in 2019 but this account was not used because it was not needed. Now I want to use this account because I want to receive payment from KDP Amazon. But now I can't find Global Payment Service in this account. Please, I want a solution to this problem. I am also willing to verify the account with all kinds of documents.

They block your account without warning and steal your money. Their customer service is the worst and you'll never get an answer. They stole over 1k from me and the same happened to my friend. We will be submitting a compliant to BBB and we encourage others to do the same.

While I have analogue NID card, They said Upload a held photos with notes. After Uploading then They had blocked my account without any comments. Now I have the all documents like such of Passports, Smart NID Card and the Driving License. But They said they are unable to help me out.
Really Disgusting and Disappointing for me and others. As a reputable company, Payoneer should look at on it.

I have made a payment of $2000 just 45 minutes back to one of my seller in Philippines and then i have received an email that the payment is under review and then nothing i don't know for how much time do you review payment.
Only wanted to request you to cancel the payment and reverse it to my bank account if you cannot transfer payment instantly.
It is not even showing it to my account activity or transaction so i am not at all feeling safe with Payoneer.
Request you to credit the payment to the person i transferred it asap or else reverse it to my bank account if you gonna take couple of days to review otherwise i have to contact my bank to get my money back.

I am still using payoneer card, no problems so far. They have sent me a new card with chip. I am receiving money from upwork via ACH US transfers. For ACH transfer they charge 1%. When withdrawing in ATM they charge 2.6%, when withdrawing by 300USD

I find the payoneer service very easy to monitor and use. The only only problem I have found is that last night at 10pm I couldn't get in contact with anyone in customer services when I had a query and was very concerned.

Horrible company. It took 8 business days to send a payment to the company that used them. I then, as the customer of their account holder, had submit my identification on 5 different occasions even after my bank had already approved the charge. I then had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with the company, resubmitting the IDs again 3 more times.
I feel bad for anyone that uses this company because of the amount of business they lose because their costumers finally get tired and go elsewhere. A customer of yours should not have to go through this many hoops just to pay you.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

In early 2018, the credit card is no longer working on local ATMs.
In early May 2018, we were imposed to change the credit card with no way to forward to remaining balance to the new card. The deadline to use the balance was the 31th May 2018 while the card was supposed to last until Mars 2019.

Teh service is excellent, but the exange rates are horrible, maybe also a big reason to leave payoneer.

Totally not impressed at all with this so called business. They declined my withdrawls to my checking account the only 2 times I have tried to withdrawl, I checked my information and everything matches. I call them and they have no clue what I am talking about but I have emails from them stating they will not transfer. She asked me for my phone number because she is clueless and is going to call me back... that was over an hour ago! I guess I should have asked her what day or year I was going to get a call back. I replied to one of their emails, I got a reply back that I should get another reply back in 4 business days. I am so taking all of my money out of this crap whole and closing this account! Don't waste your time or your money on this!

Payoneer is a good paying and currency receiveing system but in my case I face problems with online payment and even with getting my cash from ATM. I hope now custom servise will fix it and it will be first and last problem that one can face with you system.

Amaaaazing. I ws so frustrated earlier because i wasnt able to get access to my funds due to an expired card i had. Turned out i was caling the wrong number. When i finally got through to a CSR the service was soooo smooth and heart warming. Thanks Payoneer solid stuff!
