You didnt asked users about changing policy about 5000$ to enable "request a payment". This is very bad and we cant (i can't) have a 5000$ in payments without requestiong a payment. I will need to change provider and stop using you.

So I had $20 in my account for a while and everything was fine. As soon as I had over $100 Payoneer blocked my account and have been ignoring my emails. No reason other than undisclosed reason is specified. I bet the unspecified reason is that they want to scam me. BEWARE OF PAYONEER!

The money was sent to me Oct 27 but they said they receive it on 31st, and yet its already the 3rd of November and they still don't want to give my money. The only thing I think it will be like a plus for your cs area is that your agent's listen when costumer is talking, that was the only issue I had with the agent, I was trying to let her know my doubts and she started to speak loud like putting her opinion first without knowing my doubts.

I'm very happy today I spoke with Payoneer representative about how to withdraw the money from the local ATM and he help me out in just five minutes to turn on my Available balance of the card and it was great solutions to me, and now I can withdraw easily.

The system not easiest. I will request to avoid to use this system. Sometime system wont work. Sometime document verifcation a little issue is here big issue. I think this system is not better for freelancer or anyother. Yes if you have any option then use it only.

I used Payoneer to recieve 2 payments from the same company using the global payment service. They verified the company on the first transfer and then I received a second transfer from them and it was fine. Now I received a third transfer for $18,000 from the same company and they held the money for a week and had me send proof that the goods were delivered and confirmed the company that they received the goods. Now the sent me an email from the payments department that they are canceling the payment and sent money back. I'm out 18,0000 and they have not provided a reason. Payoneer is a scam. They choose their own regulations and change them when they want. Customer service is useless and every time gives different excuses. Don't waste your time or money with these scammers.

I successfuly signed up without any warning. I carefully read their blog and tos before signup. After signup and getting approved I said to myself let's look what they've got and tried to fill "request money" page.
What I noticed is that I can not select Turkey as a country. It simply doesn't appear in the drop down selection list.
I immediately searched their whole website regarding this issue, maybe Turkey wasn't in their list for a reason... not a single post regarding this issue. So I mailed their customer service.
They asked me couple questions, bla bla bla. Eventually I learned that I cannot request money from Turkish residents.
I asked the customer service to issue a press release, they said they are considering it in the future.

DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!
They make it really easy to register for their services, however once you receive your first payment it's all different.
I have tried so many times to withdraw my funds to my bank account, however the transaction keeps failing even after I provided them will all the required documentation.
Then, you will speak with their Customer Care, they have no idea what does their company offers and they will start to attack you. Even though their supervisors, no solutions at all and same level of vulgarity and stupidity.
There are a lot of other options, they cost more but at least they won't scam you.

I am very satisfied with the Payoneer Customer service, the operator was polite and helpful, answered all of my inquries and resolved the issues I had with my account. I find this important when dealing with an online service. I would reccomend using Payoneer, to my colleagues.

So Payoneer has excellent customer care and their system works really good too but I just have one issue with it and that is the SWIFT fee. I'm not sure if this is an issue common to these apps but 15 US per transaction (banks outside of the US, not American banks) is a ridiculous amount in my opinion. I don't think they're the ones responsible for this issue but regardless, harsh transferring 55us and getting 15 deducted.

They tsent me an email to clarify some additional information and I didn't see it untill it was too late, as a result one of the services was canceled on my account. My concern is why they didn't send this email to the inbox in the platform since I believe this is where they should send the communications to the customers to begin with, what does it work for then!?

I got paid on Friday, so I made the withdraw that same day, because of the 2-5 day review to do withdraws my money was supposed to transfer to my bank account on Monday (slow) on Monday I get an email saying that my withdraw was cancelled, they (Payoneer) tried to blame my bank, but then they said it was because of a technical error on their behalf, and that I should make the withdraw process again and my founds will reach me from 2 to 5 business days.
I needed the money to pay my bills and to go to see my family on Christmas, I'm not going to be able to make it, nor pay for food, they won't push the transfer even if it was because of an error on their system and of course because of the holidays I will get my founds next week if it even happens.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you especially during the holidays. We want to clarify want went wrong with the transfer. Sometimes, transfers can get declined because of issues with the local bank account of the client. In these cases, the client must get in contact with their bank to see the reason for the decline. Many factors can come into play, such as the bank account reaching its limits or they require documentation. This information we do not provide because we do not have it. Once the transfer is successful, you have to wait between 3 to 5 business days for funds to arrive to your local bank account. Please do keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, and National USA holidays, do not count as our business days. Due to this, there are bound to be delays that we can't control.
Since Payoneer is not a bank, we use intermediate banks in order to make sure the funds arrive to the client's destination. Since these intermediate banks have their own operation days and hours, transfers can take even longer.
