First, they blocked the fraudulent attempt to use my card fast that no charge was made. And then when I called them, The support was so pleasant to speak to and the question had been resolved in 10-15min (i needed to ask new card and use DHL to get it fast) I am really impressed.

I am using payoneer from 8 months, all was good until I lost my card while travelling in Greece 2 weeks ago, I called payoneer and they blocked my card, but now they are giving me hard time to re issue my card, customer care guy told me something else on call but when i provided them those documents they refused to re-issue my card and now asking for more documents, I am travelling for a month and how it is possible for someone to carry utility bills of your address to provide them, they never asked me those utility bills to provide as address proof when i applied for new card, but now i am existing client for 8 months they need those utility bills to verify my address, amazing, I lost my money while travelling, i was hoping to use my own money from payoneer account but these guys has made my experience worst.
Now i have decided not to use payoneer services any more and asking them to suggest me the way to withdraw my 330 USD, but they are not replying on this.

Allowed one of their members to steal from my saved card and just because that member told them to decline my request as it was a fraud, a theft - Payoneer decided to accept that members words without checking with me and let him have US$5150 of my hard earned money - Frauds! The thief and payoneer - Guys - stay away from Payoneer! Your money is not safe - and now they have cancelled my account, blocked me so I can not log in and show proof to Cyber Crime Unit in the UAE - They are in on it!

My account blocked without not asking me what happend on my side of story. Custumers not always right. You need listen sellers too. This broke my heart to payoneer. I hope I can get to my payoneer acount. But It was awesome until this mistake happend.

I had an issue where I got a message that my password has expired, so I had to reset it. I realized that I shouldn't do that because it wasn't my request, they notified others about my account and this situation and I reset it on my own again. I believe that my account is safer now thanks to this call!

I had a problem with opening up payoneer account thru GVO. The agent that answered the call was very friendly and listened to the questions I asked. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in locating the problem and how to easily fix it and gave me date and even the TIME an email was sent to me so I could easily fix the problem. By the way was MY error.

I was selling Teeshirts through Teesprings when I opened my Payoneer account. The problem is that the account was opened at the end of my a Teesprings relationship. The Payoneer account was opened with a min amount under $25, however min withdraw amount is $25. The problem was with transferring my. The Payoneer staff was very accommodating by lowering the withdrawal amount which allowed me to transfer my money.

Everything is fine about Payoneer except the fact that what they say online and what they say on the phone is completely different. I am a freelance designer. I work on 99designs.com and Freelancer.com. But I can't make any transactions for my Payoneer account because they blocked me.
I don't know what was the actual problems but they said I break the Terms and Conditions.
After that, I request to close my existing account so that I can open a new account but I tried several times I was not able.
And for that reason, my freelance career will end here which I can't believe yet because there are no other alternatives for the payment gateway. Paypal is not supported in my country (Bangladesh).
I am a valid person, I have my GOVT ID, Passport, and Bank Account.

I was unable to draw funds from my Payoneer account. The currency balance/card that the funds were in was not listed on the withdrawal page to enable me to do so. I submitted a query via email to Payoneer and all I received were automated messages that did not solve my problem. I responded to these automated messages, as directed in the emails, but did not receive any response from a human. After waiting patiently for several days, I eventually found a contact number online and called in for assistance.
The operator that I spoke with informed me that my card had somehow expired. This was strange to me because I had only signed up to Payoneer a few weeks before this call. However, the operator insisted that I had been issued with a Payoneer card in 2018! I suspected that they may have been looking at someone else's customer profile, but the operator confirmed that it was indeed my account they were reviewing when I provided my customer ID.
The operator was polite during the call and resolved my original query quickly. I am grateful for their help, but I am submitting a 2-star rating because I wish my problem were fixed a lot sooner - especially since it only took moments to rectify on their end. Furthermore, the mystery regarding my reportedly being issued with a Payoneer card in 2018 is still unresolved.

I trieed to withdraw my money from my card and, SURPRISE... the PIN was wrong. WTF? I just activated my card and put my PIN. Anyway, after i blocked my card with too more wrong pin attempts i message payoneer support to reset my pin.
Are almost 4 days and they didn't respond me and i need my money.

My affiliate merchant requested for a voided check or bank statement from my US checking account. (of course i don't live in the US and i've never been to a bank in the US before; obviously opened an account through Payoneer). I wasn't sure if getting it would be possible.
But after calling Payonneer customer care line, and speaking with their representative (Haji).
She listened to my request carefully and immediately ran a check through my account to verify my account, and verified my affiliate provider. Then she processed my request to my US bank immediately, telling me exactly when to expect the voided check(or bank letter), and why it will arrive at the said time.
Honestly, i was expecting a long queue and minutes of waiting before a rep will pick, but it wasn't so.
Haji was POLITE, RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY. She answered every of my questions adequately.

In 12/13/2016, our company made a payment to a Payoneer costumer, following the payment info he provided.
After a couple of days, he received an email from Payoneer saying the payment hadn't been accepted and a refund payment was going to be made.
According to them, this refund payment was made in 12/19/2016.
However, I have been in constant contact with our bank and the fact is no refund payment has yet been made, either in the date or otherwise.
After a few email exchanges, the only answer either me or their customer gets is one and the same: the payment wasn't accepted (our company "is not approved by our Payment Department") in 12/15/2016 and the payment "was reversed" in 12/19/2016 (always the same textbook answer, just copy/pasted).
The fact remains: we still haven't received any payment.

I am in South Africa and I was selling a fridge for R3000. A Payoneer client Graham Lewis asked to buy the fridge and that was no problem. I was requested to pay R3250 for a pick up agent before Graham Lewis could pay the money I to my account. So I did as instructed and was promised that all the money would be sent to my account by 10am on 30/12/2021. To my shock, o received an email asking me to make an additional payment of R2000 in order to get my money. This is when I realized that they are scammers and they will keep asking me to send more money until I have no money to live. The supposed client Graham Lewis stopped replying to my emails and the Payoneer team has refused to help me with a simple refund. They took advantage of me because I'm a young black girl and left me stranded with no help. If there is anyone wanting to involve themselves with Payoneer I'd advise you to stay away and if anyone sees this and can help me I'd greatly and any help that I can get

Costumer care was helpful, also payooner service is vary good, but you need to start a loyalty program as money back or airplane males, or VIP launch etc.
And also you need to start a credit limit for costumer how spend alot in your service.
