When I opened an account, I abandoned it for months, and later I was to receive payment from a company, and then I used my account and I got it. I wanna say its cool transacting with Payoneer and I look forward to more years using my account.

If you can avoid using Payoneer, you should do so. If you ever have an issue with them, they will not reply for days, they do not READ your e-mails but send you stupid automated answers, and they treat their customers like criminals. I've had several issues with them, and eventually one is forced to just abandon the problem.
Now I am locked out of an account and held hostage by Payoneer. I had to borrow funds from my own credit card because Payoneer is denying me access to my own earnings. This is criminal behaviour.
Edited to reply to Payoneer: I did, and do meet your requirements. I was even forced to take a photograph in the mirror holding my own ID. You just took 5 days to sort out the mess you created.
Why are users asked to change their NEW password 5 minutes after they have created it? I was asked to change my password 3 times in under 24 hours, and for absolutely no reason. This is not security; this is a security risk.
My review will stand because of complete lack of service or response within an acceptable time frame. 5 days is not service. I didn't buy a kettle that I can live without. You blocked access to my account for nearly a week AT MONTH END!
