Don't be impressionned by their Service & US Bank etc... all is fake! Whenever you receive payments, they put it in hold, they collect your ID, then they ask you picutre of yourself holding ID, then they say you violated their terms & conditions & your account will be blocked for undisclaused reasons -_-
And whenever you call, customer care always say we have no idea...
Tip for consumers:
Do not think that when the payoneer guy comment on our review by saying "Private message" etc , that he is helping us ! he just ask for your payoneer email & then he don't respond anymore ;)

I am new with using payoneer and it didnt give me a pleasant experience. I applied and submitted the reuqirements for verificatiion if I dont follow yp I wont get the information that i need no one follows up even on email if the requirement submitted is not valid you should send email and its hard to call your number since its toll free and the trun around time took me 2 weeks following it up and not until a day ago that i was informed that its. Pending bec the selfie picture was incorrect but i wasnt informed the first time i inquired I find the service slow in responding to tour customer queries even you fb messenger it will just say hi and ask for my customer id and then no response after you should be thorough with responses id there are requirement lacking or incorrect let us know since you have our email address on file or add on your app how you want to be notified

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PAYONEER HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF SUCCESS. MY PROBLEM WAS ALWAYS SOLVED. They are timely in their response and tries as best as possible to identify the real issue or challenge and then get onto same.

I opened an account on a Sunday and today is Tuesday and still it says under review. I really do not know what takes so long for an application review. I tried to contact them on chat and it kept me waiting for more around 30 minutes where I saw a unconventional thing. It is the queue counter which started from 26 and all along the time it went decreasing up to 6 then suddenly it increased to 7 and then decreased to 5 and again increase to 6,7. Lastly, I cancelled.
I contacted via the support ticket for which I received response saying someone will contact me within 3 working days. I mean where is the "care" factor in this support process. Nonsense, it is simply. I called up to their number to talk directly and received a very unpleasant voice with unpleasant greeting. Also, while I was complaining about the chat issue, he just put me on hold without intimating and a music started playing. I fear I may lose the client due to this delay in review process.
Surprisingly, he first said that "let me see if I can expedite the review process" and then again put on hold. Coming back he said, "I am sorry we will follow the same review process for every one and I have to wait for more 3-4 business working days. Have a great day!". I mean, is this something I had to expect prior to calling. PayPal, even a larger service provider does not take 7 days to review account and bank details. I don't know, how Payoneer will be of help in future dealings.

Transferred money from my paypal account
Got cancelled two times without any reason given!
My US payment service also vanished and now i can't see my routing and account number
Verified with documents but still they refuse to give any explanation
WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
The bad part is i transferred $30 which got credited back to my account
But after that i transferred $90 which don't seem to show up anywhere!

First, this depends on the method of payment selected by the client. Based on their choice this can range from 2-7 days before the funds are available. During that time we are reviewing the payment, which depending on the client and their history of payments, can be subject to an additional verification. Once approved, when the funds are sent to your bank account, there is a 3-5 business day wait as the payment is delivered to an intermediary bank, which connects it to your local bank to finalize the deposit.
Please know that these reviews and processing times are in place to protect both you and your client. These processes help to reduce disputed charges, as well as potential fraud, and ultimately create a safer environment for your business activities
