So, except the process of getting the card was super long, which I reviewed previously, the card is finally in my hands and we are ready to rock and roll. Unfortunately, plenty of online sites don't accept it (issuer's bank decline), but THE MAJOR ONE I needed is for FB ads and that is accepted so now my business can operate with ease and less stress. Even though it was a long and draining process, it paid off.

Ok, so, I am STRUGGLING to find any payment gateway since I am from Serbia, living in Trinidad & Tobago, and my company is registered in the USA.
I came across Payoneer and know few friends that have received cards without a SINGLE problem. I opened the account, provided all the documents, received payment more than USD 100 so I can be eligible and then the ordering process was stuck. Spent several hours with customer service, and every and each time the solution was found ON THE PHONE, after which as soon as I hung up, the issue STILL persisted. This is an ongoing process for around 2 months now and PROMISED TIME is 3 days.
So, if the platform is amazing, yes. If it is SELECTIVE, YES 100%. You shouldn't put all the countries you "support" if you TRULY DON'T.

I called to payoneer for another bank account for gloobal payments service of USA. Castromar care told me its possible but need some time and they will inform me when its will be done. In calling time i disconnected from call then from castromer care call back to me. I am very happy for call back. I never seen this kind of help. I think they are so helpfull.

About Verification Center, I have sent some documents to get approved but I am not sure If the document will get approved or not because I do not know what kind of document to match the need so If I can see the example that will help me understand more. And about the name of bank account limited is 35 letters but my bank account's name is more than that.

Recently there was a change made regarding the balance on our accounts that wasn't known until I received funds but they weren't shown on the same place they usually were and I couldn't withdraw them the usual way (with the card I already have which is valid until next year).
In future please inform your members when changes like these are made (I'm talking about the USD balance thing that is new)

Support where it needed and they are the only way that I get paid via Upwork. When there were no Bank in Bangladesh could receive payment from Odesk and ELance, Payoneer offered the way to get the payment from the marketplace and since then I am using it and I am loving it. Now that most of the private bank has the facility to receive money from upwork but still I am using payoneer as they are quick and reliable.

You've been warned. We started to use Payoneer to pay our international employees. So far it has been 11 DAYS and not one of them as received their pay. Yet, Payoneer withdrew the funds from our bank 10 DAYS AGO. I have emailed them more than once and get ZERO reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
