Instead of allow to do all the proper checks before receive your first payment, Payoneer ask more details about you after the first payment, and their verification system is automated, no human contact, and does not work, now I'm trapped in their system because I have my money in the account, but I'm unable to use it until they check the information I sent 2 times but because they don't invest in human resources, I have to wait 5 business days to wait a simple 5 minutes documentation check from their side, DON'T register in Payoneer if you need to use the money ASAP.

First few transfers were going great, then first problem arrived when they blocked payment by the client who payed me earlier through payoneer at it worked great, now they declined it and never gave client a refund.
Secondly, I recieved payment on my acc from microstock agency which they listed as pending. That service too worked good previously on payoneer and now it doesn't. Since this is the only income source I have, my kid was left with nothing to eat and I had to beg for food, DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT FEELS!? I wish you the worst and I will sue you! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

For exemple I try to reissue new card. When I clicked button to issue new card, I was kicked off the session and redirected to the login page. After login, I followed to card management page, but once I click that button again, I was kicked off the session.
One more exemple.
I tried to create chat in help section. I filled title, then tried to select category, but can't because drop down selector is fixed to max-height: 200px. So I had to open inspector and increase it to 400px to be able to select right category.
Hope you will fix it.

Hi Timko, first of all let me assure you that we don't try to scam our users. I'll be happy to look into this for you- please see my private message to you.
My company has been using Payoneer services for 2 months, it was working well: Payoneer gives you or your business a "virtual" bank account, and the price is 2% of each withdrawls.
Then one day for no reason they just locked the "withdraw button" of my account, with 1500 locked.
There was no notification of any kind when they locked my 1500, no email, no message in the website, no phone call. They just decided to put my company business off without warning
Payoneer support by mail/tickets needs several days for answer, or does not answer questions.
Payoneer support by chat needs 2 to 3 HOURS of waiting to talk to someone, and when support answers, they're useless.
When I finally had a chat with their support, the guy told me that my company account was "under verification" by a security department: I told them that I'm able to provide all invoices, proof of work, all informations needed, but they ignored me.
It's been 9 days that my hard-earned money is locked in Payoneer. After 1 or 2 days, it's not "investigation", this is theft.

Now when i come back and i go to support chat because i was not remember my email. Whey ask me to put money in the account theat i can access it! Its ensaine! Wtf? Actually I am new account holder in Payoneer
I have 6 transactions made
I have little delays
But today I was shock that
Payoneer representative say your bank account has been deleted because of payment been reversed back. Some time it's bank holidays
Specially Saturday or Sundays are cloves
Or bank has the problems of link down
Why do Payoneer transactions team has to delete the my personal account which has been given on the online application.
I am bit disappointed by this action

I opened an account and got everything fully verified. Within four weeks, my account has not transacted more than $5000. However, my account balance is blocked and i have a balance of $2000 plus in it. It's over two weeks now and Payoneer customer team keep saying my account is under review with the relevant department and there's no time frame when the review will end. I'm confused why an account fully verified within a month and with less than $5000 transactions would take more than two weeks for review? What are they reviewing I'm wondering. I don't even have any hope when this will be resolved as they keep saying no time frame when I'll receive an update. Payoneer blocks your balance and after two weeks of contacting them, they keep saying no information yet and no time frame. My account balance is still blocked for more than two weeks with no information. So, if i got bills to pay, I'll have to keep waiting without any hope when i can access my funds again. Right now, I feel so hurt for Payoneer treating me this way. I don't deserve to be treated this way. You can't just block people's funds for more than two weeks without any reasons for doing so and without any time frame when it will be resolved. I haven't seen this in my entire life. My family is now financially handicapped and unable to provide our daily needs.
