Both Oscar from Customer Service (WhatsApp service in Spanish) and Hugo from Customer Care via email provided exceptional help. They were instrumental in calming my nerves and ensuring that everything was addressed correctly in my account.
In the past, I had been disappointed with the customer care provided by Payoneer, but it is clear that they have significantly improved their service. This time, they took extra care in resolving my issue, and I feel both relieved and extremely satisfied with the support I received.
