A small issue like changing your address or checking the progress of your registration can take up to six months due to poor customer services who take too long to reply and when they do they do not seem to know the best solution.
For instance: if you stay countries that use PO BOX,, this guy keep insisting that the address should be in form of a location place... i wonder how my card will reach me without the PO BOX. BUT I TRIED MY BEST TO DESCRIBE MY HOME LET ME HOPE THEY WILL GET ME AT HOME THEN...
Secondly, their social media support respond quickly but they refer you to nerds who can take up to a month before responding your query...

The live chat seems efficient in the beginning as you can easily connect to an operator. They are very polite and try to be helpful, but unfortunately, they aren't able to really help you, because the payment department is the one that decides.
I've been trying to access a pending payment, but they keep asking me for extra info. I am 70 years old and make a few bucks online by doing email marketing. I don't have any profile on LinkedIn or Fiverr - they requested a link to my profile. I have sent email correspondence, an invoice and other details about the company I work for and it's still not enough.
I have requested a refund - so we can use another platform to send the money - but surprisingly it takes between 7 and 10 days for the money to get back to the sender's account, and it's NOT EVEN GUARANTEED. I have worked hard and 800 dollars is a lot in my country.
I will have to move - can't pay my rent - because of Payoneer's regulations... it just seems unfair. Can't I be a freelancer without having an upwork, linkedin or fiverr account?

We have been using Payoneer for the last few months to pay a contractor. Earlier payments went through fine. Our latest two payments, early September 2016, did not reach the contractor and we had no idea why. Last emails from Payoneer stated the payment is 'under review'. So we ring up customer "service" to enquire. The representative didn't seem to know what was going on and put me on hold for a while. Then she comes back and says we need to send photos of our credit card and ID in reply to the emails we had. I asked why we would need to send these when we haven't been asked to and previous payments were all fine. The response was extremely rude - implying I was either deaf or stupid. I did not receive a response as to why photos of our credit card front and back were required. What kind of company requires you to send your entire credit card details over email? What are the security guarantees that Payoneer can offer in return? I was stunned at the attitude and rudeness of the rep. Then she said she needed to go and hung up. WTF Payoneer? We will certainly no longer be using your services.

As I was new to Payoneer, first I wanted to check if their service really works, so I made a few payment requests and tried to settle with my credit cards, none of that worked. Hence I contacted Payoneer several times and after few months they informed me that it was caused by domestic payments which they have disabled. After thinking it through, I decided to send payment requests to my real clients abroad, and the day I logged on to do this, to my shock, the request payment menu was gone from my screen. And when I asked from customer service they told me that the feature had been turned off from my account. I was more than surprised, they just turn off features without even telling me and further I was told that the decision will not be reversed. So does that mean it is possible when you have thousands of dollars on your Payoneer account, and one day when you login, Withdraw funds menu is gone from your screen and when you ask customer service, they tell you that although you have thousands in your account, withdraw funds has being "turned off" from your account and that decision will not be reversed. What would you do?! I was under the impression that this is 2018 where people and companies are more civilized than this when it comes to giving online services. PS. I had to give one star because I was unable to submit this review without giving at least one star.
