Ok, so I was expecting money from client ASAP, and they asked me $#*! tone of info to provide them with, but I was like ok... 7 days later, I try to get in touch with their support, I wait more than 1 hour to get in touch with somone in live chat, I finaly get in turn, it sais,, there are no available agents at the moment, please try later'', now I'm waiting again, 67th in the queue... Almost non site won't accept Payoneer card, when I try to withdraw my funds from ATM, it sais,, Error, please contact your bank''. This smells on real bad scam to me...

Worst online experience I ever had! I don't understan how a technological advance company that has workers workingon the otherside of the world can do a simple id validation and relase fund all within the same process or with a couple of hours from the initial inconvenience. Its illogical how something minor like a id validation can stop a transaction specillay if you comply with providing the id. This is the worst experience I have ever had..

However, please be advised, that every payment that comes into our systems are subject to a review. We have to follow strict guidelines in order to comply with US regulations as a financial institution. Due to this, clients are required to submit any requested information provided by our internal departments. In such cases, a government issued photo ID is required for verification of payments. Now, if you submit such a document via your Payoneer account or through email, response times can vary. We have been receiving a large amount of inquiries for documents to be reviewed. This is leading to delays in review and approval time. Clients can expect to wait a few business days for an update via email.
This is not to say, that the ID that got submitted will get approved or not. This relies on our accounts team to see if the documents meet all the criteria needed to process any requests. We strongly suggest clients to call in via our support line to have a fast solution to their issues.

Problem 1
Payoneer will seek EVERY single paper you have... and papers on your relatives if possible. They ask me to provide my current address. I am from Ukraine and live here. Our Constitution clearly states, that we as citizens are not obliged to inform anyone about our movements and residence. Payoneer thinks otherwise. Right now Payoneer obliges me to provide them with utility bill with my name on it. If there is no name on it I need to provide them with rental agreement. If I live with my mom I need to prove that she is indeed my mom, so naturally they want her marriage sertificate where her second name is the same as mine. Does this start sound bull$#*! to you? Well it should. "This is our requirement to continue providing our services to you". Well, if I have a cable man at my flat he does not ask me for such papers but he still provides me with payed services. Or another good question: when will Payoneer require me to install web cameras in my bedroom to continue to provide me with services?
Problem 2
Everyone at this point knows how impossible is to contact Payoneer via help center. All you get is auto-bot replies which lead to nothing.

Good morning,
As a brand new customer (#*******, DOB 5-31-75, Spain, Miami) I was anxiously looking forward to receiving and withdrawing a payment I received this morning that was sent to me on Friday, something I was hoping to do every two weeks per my contract. Much needed money for services I provided a client in the U.S.
Little did I know that I would NOT be able to withdraw those funds due to "minimum monetary restrictions" apparently Payoneer has on countries outside the U.S. I am currently in Guatemala which has a minimum payment amount of $1000. I'll probably reach that amount from time to time on a monthly basis but not consistently.
This "restriction"should be clearly stated when one is first registering to open an account with them. After contacting customer service, the only option they left me with is to close this account and find another provider that will be willing to allow yo access my money no matter the amount.
Please close my account ASAP! I'm very disappointed this happened.

Troy was quite helpful and I wish I spoke to an equally informed and a professional.on 16th July.
I however feel very distressed because when i called on 16th July, as soon as the ATM machine failed to dispense the cash ($900), the Business Relationship Manager at Kenya Commercial Bank Thika Road Mall Branch advised me to call Payoneer to advise them of what had happened. I called immediately and was assured that the full amount will be credited back to my Payoneer Card by last week Friday 20th July.
I called Payooner this afternoon after realising that i didn't have any money in my account. This has caused me a lot of distress as I need that cash so desperately. I got bank loan whose standing order is going through this 24th July, tomorrow.
I feel extremely frustrated and I wish the person I spoke to on 16th gave me correct information. Please help me resolve this matter urgently and I get the cash.

Security qyestions and answers asked by customer care lady was stupid way of verifying identity. You guys rejected my payment from Skrill whereas Skrill has sent Euros from its company account to my EUR receiving account. You never mentioned that you don't accept payment from Skrill. Your site says that I can receive SEPA payment from European companies to my EUR account but you rejected this payment. You have pathetic service. I will never ever use Payoneer in my life and will write my review on sitejabber, mouthshut and many reveiew sites.
