Payoneer is best billing option I have to bill my clients for one thing I like Payoneer the most is their exchange rate does not have a big difference from market and that's is why I mostly use it, there are also some complications in the system as of the moment and because of which clients sometimes got lost, One thing I would suggest is if Payoneer can introduce system like in PayPal they have disputes OR like if the client can deposit the money in Escrow and later if the customer is not processing the money upon receiving the job Payoneer should notify them that money will be transferred to payee if they don't respond in certain days

5 months ago I applied for a Payoneer card from Europe. After waiting 2 months for the card to arrive, I discovered that they had sent an American card which would only accept dollars, and not Euros. So I had to phone them and get a European card. Customer support was horrendous and took about 7 phone calls to the indolent staff who kept hanging up on me before I could sort out the problem.
This was 3 months ago, and I am still waiting to receive the new card. But in the meantime, I needed to receive payment from a client. Payoneer told me the account was ready to receive funds. I was then informed by my client that my bank (Payoneer) had rejected the payment. When I phoned them, they told me I needed to send more documents. So I sent them even more documents. It has been 3 months, and I am still waiting for them to be approved.
It was incredibly unprofessional for them to reject the payment from my client without telling me, after they had told me the account was ready. And it made me look very unprofessional in front of my client. I am still waiting for the card (it has been 3 months)
To anyone who is reading this, for your own sake, avoid Payoneer like the Plague.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As Payoneer cards are being shipped via mail, we do rely on local post offices which can sometime cause delays. However, that can easily be fixed by ordering a new card. To look into that and to your payments, please see my private message.
I am writing this again, hoping to be published at least on one website. I have to to express my concern about the recent decision to decline my payment and close my account. As a customer of Payoneer, I am disappointed by this action, which has caused me significant inconvenience and financial hardship.
I work for a legal company and have been using Payoneer for two years to receive payments from the company. I have always followed Payoneer's guidelines and have never had any issues with my account before. However, I was recently informed that my payment was declined, and my account was closed without any explanation or warning. It has been said they cannot support my line of business anymore?What business? It wasn't checked, because I do not own a company, I am an employer who has to support my family as well.
This action has caused me significant financial and reputational damage. I rely on Payoneer to receive payments from the company I work for, and this sudden closure has left me without a reliable payment solution. Moreover, I am concerned that this action may have legal implications for Payoneer, as it appears to be a violation of our contractual agreement.
I urge Payoneer to reopen my account and provide a clear explanation for the declined payment and account closure. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against Payoneer.

I tried payoneer from a colleague suggestion, but it was the worst experience. Received payment from another payoneer member was pending and unresolved for over 4 days. I sent countless message without any resolution to why the payment was on pending. I had to call after four days for the resolution of the issue. I was informed that the sender didn't submit some required document. I asked the support what required document is needed, so as to inform the sender. The support staff said he can't disclose the information because of their policy, which I understand. I politely ask for the payment to be cancelled because I have contacted the sender to find another means to pay for my service to avoid further delay. The request for cancellation was confirmed. But later on I got a message from payoneer that during standard review of my account, they noticed that some activity within my use of payoneer make a payment service may have gone against their term and conditions and that should such activity continue, payoneer may be compelled to take action in order to prevent future occurrence.
This for me is a terrible experience, waste of time and effort in order to get better services. I won't suggest this payment service to anyone. It's best to avoid their service.

I have applied for a payoneer pre-paid card almost 3 weeks ago. IT IS STILL BEING APPROVED! Every time I contact the support they tell me it will be approved in a few days but it never is! I ask why it takes so long, since, my friend applied a day after I did and he got it confirmed in a few days. They tell me they need to "investigate" some accounts. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I am a student. What are they investigating? I cannot get my payment because it is the only way my company does payments. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!

This is basically a very clever scheme to scam people out of money by taking advantage of the fact that most people don't have time to read all possible terms of service etc. These are few, rare specific cases where this service could be genuinely useful - mostly it is not, and it is a good way to lose your hard earned money. I sent some money (below 50) to test it, I failed to read that they accept money only from companies, and my bank account was no company, still they accepted the money, didn't send it back. Now it turns out that I can't convert that money from EUR to USD, and so card they sent me is useless to withdraw this money, I need to risk further money so that my account is 50 and only then I can withdraw money, further they would probably just swallow my money if I sent more from my own account.
They, of course, do not allow withdrawing to bank if you have below 50 or sending that money to anyone else on their system - this is truly horrible scam - they clearly target individuals who don't read everything to just get some money which the individual will never be able to withdraw unless he will risk further losses with this scam business. Their customer support ir horrible, they don't reply to your messages and your first wait for live chat agent will probably end up with you seeing message that no agent is available. When you do get to chat their answers are horrible and slow, these are clearly individuals who know that they work for scam business which can be felt in their ignorant replies.
Just read how many people have lost their money - please please do avoid.

We do apologize for any delays you had in regards to getting your transfer. We under that this is not the predicament you want to be in as this is a huge setback for you. We want to clarify why delays sometimes occur.
So when a client initiates a withdrawal to their local bank account, we give the client an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days. (These business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and National US holidays.) This is usually the time in which majority of the transfers done, arrive to their destination. Of course there are cases in which funds can arrive much sooner, however this varies case by case and bank by bank. Many banks have their own policies regarding transfer loading times, however we have no information about this nor control over it.
In the case that the transfer has still not arrived to its destination after the estimated time frame, we will have our bank transfer department proceed with an investigation upon request.
At Payoneer we use intermediate banks to process any funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account. The reason we do this is because Payoneer is not a bank, we are just a payment processing company.
In order to be able to transfer your funds to your local account, we have to use intermediate banks.
There are cases in which transfers may be delayed or stuck at these intermediate banks. This is where our bank transfer department initiates their investigation.
They will try to get in contact with the intermediary bank for a confirmation that your funds were transferred and processed or for further clarification on what occurred. However this does take time.
The reason is because different banks have different operating hours. Although we might be opened for certain hours during the day that does not guarantee that these intermediate banks are opened at those same hours.
So to combat this, our department attempts to communicate with them via email.
