The Payoneer Pre Paid Card is a nightmare when it comes to service...
If you pay for something and you don't get what you paid for you have to wait a minimum of 30 days...
This I was informed of NOT ONCE but twice...
This was a product I paid for received it the next day and was NOTHING like I had paid for...
But I have to wait a Minimum of 30 Days to make a complaint...
Once by an operator called Devlin and then by his Supervisor Called Alex 2236... Their Manager is Shy but uses the name Adam

So Now I never Ever Use my Payoneer Card Online

A dispute is not a one sided process. Whenever a dispute is open, the merchant has the chance to fight this claim and retain the payment. Because of this, we allow 30 days to give you time to approach the merchant to see if they can resolve this for you. This demonstrates that they have been given an appropriate window to do so which makes is helpful in building the dispute case. By waiting, we are simply trying to help in getting a more favorable decision should a dispute be opened.

Ever thought of the best way to receive funds or make payments across currencies? There are several options, but payoneer is an exceptional one. It is secure, efficient, and flexible. Payoneer account and MasterCard are secured from potential fraud, and in case you suspect one, support is always available to assist immediately. It is efficient; your funds are never put on hold unless you have a pending verification centre clearance. Good news is, you can access funds in your MasterCard within two hours after payment; those without the card can withdraw to their respective banks and wait for three business days. And guess what, you can manage currencies and pay with the most convenient one. If you have balance in $ and you wish to pay in EUR, simply change currency and you are done. An paying a friend who owns a payoneer account? Well, you will do that for free as long as you have a minimum of $20 to transfer from you card to the recipient's, or $50 to transfer from your payoneer account to the recipient. That sums up what I call flexible, and the more reason you should sign up for Payoneer.

It seems like a good idea to be able to receive money from anyone, but in reality, fees are simply outraugours. Currency rates are bad and there are better alternatives.

It is important for us to be transparent on the subject as we understand the importance of knowing the fees for planning your transactions and running your business. To make it as simple as possible for you, we've put together all the possible fees on one dedicated page in your online account. Please log in to your Payoneer Account and navigate to the "Pricing & Fees" page under the Help menu.

We also strive to be as transparent as possible with our rates applied. When a customer is making a withdrawal, we present them the FX rate including the conversion fee. We commit to the rate for this current withdrawal.

The actual rate that is used varies according to the country, processors and banks that are involved in the transfer. When establishing the market rate, we use several different aggregators, such as XE.com and Reuters, depending on their availability at the time of transfer. It is important to note that Payoneer adds a conversion fee of up to 2% to the market rate.

Please also be aware that when transferring funds to an account in a currency other than the national currency of the client's billing country, the transfer is sent through a number of intermediary banks. These intermediary banks charge additional fees that we cannot predict when sending the transfer out, and their amount can vary significantly. That is why we highly recommend our clients to withdraw their funds to accounts in national currency. This way you can avoid additional commissions.

We believe that right now we are offering competitive prices for the services that we provide. At the same time, we are doing our best to find the ways to lower them in the future. Our Bank Transfers departments is constantly working on implementing better transfer routes which will hopefully allow us to minimize fees.

I am so desperate I don't know where to post this since when I contact them they don't do anything...
I have been using payoneer for 7 months and it worked, no problems. All of a sudden a payment didn't go through, it was send the 16 september (326 euros) and it's still not credited to my account, At first it was marked "processed and loaded", I contacted them now it is written "in process", it has been "in process"for more than two weeks... During that time two more payments were supposed to be send to me, but those two are "pending to be processed", even worse. They don't answer to my questions and when they do it's 4 days later. They asked me to send a bank statement to check my bank details and I did... 4 days ago and still no answers. They waited two weeks to ask for additional information, at first they were saying we did send your money... They don't explain and they don't care, I told them how badly I needed that money and the only thing they did to help is block two more payments, I am paid weekly and I don't know how long I can let this go on, Every week they block my payments, will I ever see my money again?
I am so disappointed in their customer service and their careless attitude, they take sooo long to answer and when they do... useless. It is not like I am asking for their money, I just want MY money, the one I was paid, it is not theirs to keep in case thy have forgotten.

My first week on Payoneer has been terrible. I don't feel encouraged to use the service anymore.

I am trying to withdraw all the money on that account and that will be the end.

Earthport, your processing partner rejects my transactions anyhow at will, with no tangible reason. Why should i make 3 transactions on the same day you reject 2 siting procedure yet process one. A transaction that i initiated since April 17, today is April 23 and i still haven't received my money?

Must I wait for a year to receive just $1600. It is quite disappointing to say the least.

The email sent to me by payoneer was also inaccurate, siting my local bank for failure to process the transaction, meanwhile you know the transaction will pass through your partner bank before getting to my bank. I went fighting my bank for 2 fruitless days only for payoneer to send me a message telling me Earthport processed on of my transactions.

Why didn't payoneer do this check before siting my local bank erroneously?

This kind of service is appalling to say the least.

A friend recommended this service to me but i will done once i transfer my lAst $1600

Great working payoneer but my payment is pending I have transferred $ 200 from my Fiverr to payoneer but now that money is in pending, take it out of pending so that I can withdraw it, I have to withdraw it in my bank but if it is cleared from pending, I will be able to withdraw

Due to additional check, my account has been blocked without previous notification.
PAYONEER BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PREVIOUS WARNING.
I saw no intention or willingness from Payoneer support team to help me.
They don't have any respect towards long term partners.
After several phone calls from my side I have been provided further instruction on how to act, and what documents to submit.
It has been 1 month after documents are submitted, and still, my check is in pending, so calculate 1 month for clarification and 1 month pending for approval. So more than 2 month without accounts. + time and phone bills for solving this.
