I have been using Payoneer for the last 2 years and I'm delighted to say that their services are A+.
I'm a freelancer UI/UX designer and a web developer, and I had trouble using Paypal for online payment from international clients living in the UK, US, and Europe,
But since I've switched to Payoneer, I haven't faced any difficulties. My payments arrive within 48h working days.
I would recommend Payoneer to anyone who is living in "3rd" world countries and need to have easy online payment to/from international clients.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY GIVE RUN AROUNDS, UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY requested my drivers license 4 times over a course of 10 days to continue holding my funds THERE AUTOMATED MESSAGES continues to say my license is not readable. Scan copy by printer, and phone copy where both denied. Customer service has no clue what is going on, and they dont put manager on phone. AVOID at all costs. Now i have to wait another 7 days for my money to be returned back to my credit card. They are probably buying bitcoin with my money and lost money on down market. Geez. Crap service. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

I've been recievjbg mk way the platform, I am on as a travel host for three years with out any issues. With my latest payment on 26 September 2021, I was asked to provide additional information. One being who the payment is for, which was a silly question as it was coming to me then they asked for an invoice, which I provided. Then they asked for a contract fir that particular transaction. I am a freelancer on a platform that hosts me, they handle all payments and admin. I do not have a contract with them. It was very difficult to find a solution or any place to email as the options on the customer service email does not have an option for documents that cannot be provided and the reason for it. I called customer service and explained and then was told it would be explained to verification centre why I cannot send a contract as I do not have one. Its freelance work. I am only a provider on their platform. I hope this does not happen again and I am still waiting to see if it will be accepted. I've been receiving payments from the same company for more than two years without s problem, why now.

I don't even want to give 1 star. My husband has been trying to get commission transferred to his bank account for 3 weeks- and its a frickn joke. Everything we send them is not right yet they cant really tell us what else they need. We need 1 correction on his application to be approved and they wont change it. It was a honest mistake. ( He used his middle name that he goes by instead of his legal first name) Their last representative told us to "move on and create another account with our company and start "fresh". So pretty much told us we will never get any of the money we earned. Worst part, I have my own Payoneer MasterCard for a business I work for as well and Payoneer cancelled my card due to suspicious activity. THEY put a hold on my card- than charged me $9 to send me a new one and now its been 5 weeks and no card yet :( There goes all our hard work to have some extra spending money for our children's Christmas. Overal BAD experience and we have filed 3 complaints to our company relations and I hope they dump Payoneer all together.

The standard load time is 2 business days, it is set on your account by default.
If you chose to receive funds from Upwork directly to your bank account, the transfers may take up to 5 business days to load (although they usually load more promptly). The actual loading time will depend on factors such as business hours of the receiving bank, business hours of the intermediary banks (if there are any involved), and more.

I am writing a story that has set me into different moods over a month. After signing up as a Worldventures Business Representative, I was left in the wilderness. I found my way to register to be receiving payment through PAYONEER, as was recommended by my Marketing Director. A week after registration, I started exchanging emails from Payoneer for account verification. I contacted my up liner in the Business and he noticed that I might have requested a Payoneer Card. I could not even remember my request. Honestly, I am not a software tech type, so I have always forgotten a lot of things and done a few wrongs online. As I write, my Career at WV is about to crash as most of my clients are requesting proof of payment from Worldventures, which I have none. I can't show it's True though I know. How can I deal with such? This should send a point that needs to be acted upon by either party of the companies involved, Worldventures & Payoneer so that members do not get to my stage. I believe my issue would be resolved as long as the companies remain committed to their customers irrespective of their location or color in the world. Thank you.

The application process takes too long here in the Philippines. They said in their website it will only takes 3 business days TO REVIEW MY APPLICATION, but until now, there's no update yet. It's almost 2weeks that there's no update. How disappointed... I can't receive the payment of the client because of this VERY SLOW PROCESS OF PAYONEER.

My first interaction with Payoneer: 4-16-2020, I received an email: "Your request to get payments from (omitted) is under review" with a customer ID. Payoneer approved request: no added information requested.
Despite being called a "customer" by Payoneer, my only relationship is with (omitted)—Payoneer is used as a payment processor. On 2-21-2024, I was notified by (omitted) and Payoneer by email I was due a payment.
From 2-28-2024, I contacted Payoneer MANY times to get the payment: Payoneer's site stated it should have been issued to me without further action.
Payoneer failed to remedy the issue OR issue payment, and then demanded my Personally Protected Information, which I refused to provide.
On 3-15-2024, I contacted the Better Business Bureau: I reported Payoneer's bad and unlawful conduct, I demanded Payoneer send payment owed to me, as well as $208.33 for my time and labor spent resolving the matter.
Only after the public BBB complaint did Payoneer send payment ($208.33 was not included): Payoneer employee "Svetlana" was unprofessional, rude, and continued to make materially misleading and false misrepresentations…Payoneer claimed I was to blame for Payoneer's failures; they alleged falsely I failed to use the correct email address.
Payoneer cannot balance its budget and increase profits by wrongly withholding funds it is obligated to pay. This is what Payoneer did between Black History Month and Women's History Month in 2024. Good Riddance!
Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend ANY reputable brand, company, or individual patronize Payoneer: I was made to spend more than 3.5 hours of my personal and professional time to resolve an issue Payoneer was solely responsible for resolving. The lack of respect and utter disregard for U.S. laws by Payoneer compels me to give this poor review to spare other decent humans from a similar experience with an unscrupulous business operating within the United States.
