My payment was pending for over 10 days after I have submitted the additional documents. I had several calls and chats with customer service and only after the 4th one I was able to receive it.

Didn't have all security question answers so was not able to get info on card. The owner of card passed away in June & I was able to give all answers except 2... no leeway given?

I had an extremely bad experience with them, It's easy for them to accept your payment but releasing your funds they will come up with all sorts of verification, may while your money is with them.

Just as everyone else said... I could't even get a card, when I finally got a supervisor on the phone, she acted like it never happened before, than I get to this site and learn that this is their method of operations... during our conversation we learned that my funds was not being transferred correctly. Payoneer placed all the responsibility on me to get the situation resolved, which I thought was strange. When you buy defected products from Walmart you don't call the manufacturer, you contact Walmart. This was a baseless argument with Payoneer. First they wanted a print-screen of my earnings, I sent it but it was insufficient, they wanted a print screen of my account page because it had my name on it, I sent it but it wasn't a clear enough indication of my money transfer issues, they needed my invoice next all of the sudden. Its been a nightmare dealing with Payoneer. I know that business isn't perfect. I'm trouble shooting right now, so i'm expecting problems. What Payoneer embodies is deeply troubling. They disregard your concern with a eerie nonchalance that just screams we don't give a fu_k. But the problem here is that they have a responsibility to perform ethical business... but they're perfectly comfortable with under-serving their customers, its evident that this attitude pervades every company intricacy. Payoneer is the absolute worst company that I have ever encountered.

Good company, but lately I'm having problems accessing my account because of the two-step verification code, as I didn't have a phone in Brazil, I couldn't get service, but now that has changed, I'm glad that now I was able to clarify my problem.

My friend here in Thailand works online and her pay is processed in California. It was suggested to use Payoneer. She had problems starting her payments and recently she went to a reputable local bank to receive a mastercard withdrawal. Payoneer processed the $1065. 00 transaction as an authorization then the bank told her the Payoneer system crashed. Now Payoneer claims her money is held as an authorization by the bank and she must wait 30 days for the authorization to clear. Peculiar, they get to play with her money for 30 days. I forget what they charge her but I know there is an annual fee, plus a transaction fee for each direct deposit ($5.00 I believe) plus a fee for each cash withdrawal (another $5.00). Today I received a reply from Payoneer asking me to clarify my comment via PM, they provided no questions in any PM, I am sure my review was perfectly clear if they want account numbers or such clarification, ask...
I finally found the PM from Payoneer, The person was friendly, but nothing was resolved. My friend must still wait a month to receive her pay that was posted on August 2d. They place all the blame on the Thai bank where she attempted to withdraw the funds.
My friend finally received her money from Payoneer, 31 days later, It was not the fault of the Thai bank (Siam Commercial Bank). There is no doubt in my mind that Payoneer selects a number of large payments to sit on them to draw interest for their executives.
