Worst customer support service, they just have only one solution to wait, wait, and wait. Even they don't have any timeframe to solve the issues. Still, my issue isn't resolved.

I submitted my payment withdrawal request on 11 Aug but I still not received it. I also contact them much time but they don't resolve my issue and give me only a solution that just needs to wait, wait, and wait. Although they don't update me by days and days and now after 4 days, they replied to me with a lying statement that "The transfer was sent successfully, but due to shortened banking hours in Pakistan because of COVID -19, it takes more days for the funds to be deposited to your bank account." Even the bank timing is back to normal in Pakistan from 13 of July 2020.
