If you can choose, call them. I was waiting for 20 minutes in the chat and it always says that the waiting is five minutes. I called and they answer in the minute and the solved all my concerns.

Payoneer are the absolute best payment gateway for freelancers when they work, and they usually don't...
Over the past two months my account has been inoperative for a cumulative 30 days or so, with repeating requests for information that they already have.
It's as if they don't know their own asinine rules well enough to keep from knocking your account offline while they figure things out.

Trying to resolve an issue with Payoneer is more painful than pulling teeth and more stressful than sitting through a time-share pitch. I am now certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that their payment department is run by trained chimpanzees, who, god bless their souls, are trying their best.
In their defense, it is extremely difficult for chimpanzees to juggle both *requesting a document* and *acknowledging that the document that they received is the document that they had requested*.
My heart goes out to my fellow simians at Payoneer and I hope in my heart that they will some day evolve to a point where they can actually resolve the issues that they cause, and maybe even streamline their process so much that they don't cause asinine issues in the first place.

Thank you for leaving an honest review of our services. We can see how frustrating it is to have your card blocked, although it was used without your permission. We know this is not the predicament you want to be in. However, we want to take the chance to explain to you why we do this.
At Payoneer, our main priority is to make sure any funds coming in and going out are all done in safe manner. Your account is constantly monitored by several departments to ensure the highest security possible. Once there is a red flag that indicates your information was used without your permission, our departments will make sure everything gets frozen to protect any further usage of the account. Then an email will be sent out regarding the notification of the blockage, and you will need to provide any information asked of you. If our department confirms that the information was compromised, they will permanently block the card in your account, and order a new one on your behalf. They do this so that no further funds can be taken out of your account without your permission. This is also a policy we have with Mastercard themselves in order to protect the card and therefore we must follow.
We know this can be very frustrating for the client, but understand that is done for the safety of your account and all your hard earned money. Once the card is ordered on your behalf, it can take anywhere from 10 to 28 business days for the card to arrive. Once you do, please activate the card and dispose of the old one. Your funds will automatically get transferred to the new card.
