It was not too good not too bad but I want to suggest one thing that you have to add Hindi language for customer service because in India many people speak hindi and it is difficult to talk in English and you have to do one more thing that when in payoneer that even I dont receive the money but the payoneer show your transaction is completed even we didn't receive the money we receive money after four or six hours after the message I request you to make such provision to current time message when we receive money then a another separate message come to us that you have received money to your personal bank account

Got a payment from Crossover (company I work for) delivered back to them because Payoneer tried 3x (even after I confirmed my bank data several times, even had to send them a check slip, payoneer still used wrong data) to send my money with THE WRONG DATA ("bank transfer" personnel cannot read simple numbers).
Now my payment is late for more than 2 weeks, and for every time payoneer missed a SIMPLE PROCEDURE (type in CORRECT bank data to transfer money), they NEVER provided an update, I had to open the customer chat and attendants would treat me like a nuisance, provide false information (told me to wait 5 days, then I contact them back, suddenly I have to contact my company as they returned my money to them).
Congratz Payoneer! I dont even have a way to escalate my issue because you lack structure as well!
