Not all the companies and people you speak with are real, there is many fake, at least this are fake: greencard organisation/USA immigration (who also claimed they from the lottery)

I did same transaction to my payoneer account from my pay-pal account and all worked well. When at some point payoneer decided to verify some transactions of total of about 1600$ (as I mentioned it was same transactions from my PP account that worked well many till that day). So now my payment is stuck at verification and I cannot use the money when I very need it! Also the support provided me with false information - they made me believe that the information that I provided for verification is enough, while at later it was rejected. Also some say that the verification process should take up to 24 hrs and its not, the last timeframe that I received is 72 hours... So now I stuck almost a week without an option to use my money. VERY BAD - WHY PAYONEER MADE ALL THE NECASSARY TRANSACTION VZERIFICATION BEFORE, AS IT WAS ALL FROM SAME SOURCE!?

Whenever there is a new payer, payoneer needs to approve the payment details, which I understand. But even if you submit the details the same day the payment is made, it takes about 15 days and 5 customer phone calls from user's end to get the payment approved. They say it will take up to 3 business days, but rest assured that the support guys will only take your request seriously once it has been 2 weeks since the payment. Only then they will get on call with payment verification department and clear the payment. They won't request any new detail, because everything they need and asked is already with them. They'll just stall as long as possible. First you'll get a response that the ticket has been escalated to High Priority and you should get an email within 24-48 hours. But if you don't get an email in 24 hours, call us. When you call, you are told well it is not exactly 24 hours, its 23.67 hours since the last call. When you call in after 48 hours, they say well it is not not 24 hours since THE last call. Then it's Saturday, so they're closed. When you call on Monday, they say well we said 2-3 business days, so Saturday Sunday doesn't count. Keep in mind that it's now been 12 days since the first call, so way way past 2-3 days as they so call it. Now, on Tuesday, it's 15th day, so now the support guys talk to the payment approval department and after staying on phone for 30 minutes, you finally get the payment approved. 5 stars for the last support call, just wish the same response was given on actual 3rd business day, not after 15 days of submitting the payment approval details.

Two things they dont really like. 1-the 25usd u dont get until u have over 1000$. They dont mention this right away. U cannot get the debit card either if other payoneer users sends u money

1- I used it in order to transfer money in USD to my USD bank now they disconnected that and they only send in local currency.
2- I used the billing service, TOOO SLLOOWW as pain and they ask my clients for docs which is aweful policy and even when he did provide this $#*! the payment failed I completely moving to pay pal. Yes higher fees but better service.
