I am really disappointed in Payoneer. I had a personal account and was in need of a business account for my company. As soon as I opened the account they blocked it because I was not allowed to have two accounts registered to the same person, even though I am just a company representative for the business account. I had to contact them to close my private account, since they don't have a way for you to close your account in settings. I assumed the issue with my business account would be resolved after this but of course it wasn't. I again had to contact customer support through their website. And they require you to chose one of the subjects from the drop down menu before you write and send your message. I found one that was close enough (it said my account was locked and not blocked, but I didn't see one about a blocked account) and my issue was instantly "resolved" where they sent me an automatic email informing me how to change my password in case I made three mistakes with my password which resulted in my account being locked. They don't even bother reading the message and figuring out your problem. Because of this I had to call their customer support and for this I needed to make an international call to them. The support assistant was nice, understood my problem and said that this shouldn't have happened and told me she will send a request to the department that is responsible for unblocking accounts. My issue will be resolved in 3-5 business days.

I had a poor experience with Payoneer sign in and then giving feedback.
A) Does not make it clear that user name is PW
B) Does not tell you whether issue is user name or PW
C) Does not let you in without making a call
D) Does not allow original PW
E) Does not allow normal comment length
F) Does not let you know beforehand there is s character limit to comments.
G) in this review, does not let you know why iit will not submit if you leave

I called yesterday Oct 22nd, I had a very IMPORTANT issue with my car and I was so concerned about someone taking my money, their Customer support was very emphatic and listened to me and make a ticket, I felt someone was caring about my issue. I trust this is going to be resolved soon.

For 2 or 3 months they`ve become impossible to use. For every payment that i receive from my old clients that they have use payoneer ( only this year i`ve recive more than 20k) they ask a lot of information: like they ask me to email my id card 5 TIMES, they want to see the invoices and the work i`ve done... they want to know what size i have on shoes ( joking, they want to know some other stuff deeper than that). A lot of stupid questions and rererevalidation of old validation.
After weeks of emails i receive the money ( that is why i give a star here)... but f%$%k payoneer it`s a payment service or what?
My opinion: STOP using payoneer, they`ve become an awkward payment service, read all reviews, all payoneer answers start with: Hi XXXX, I am sorry to learn ( or hear) about your experience...
Dear Payoneer we are freelancers, we are depending on that money, i don`t know what happen with you, i want you back... pls don`t ruin this awesome service that use to be! Make me change that 1 star to 5
