The document verification is done for compliance reasons because we must comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the US government, MasterCard and financial institutions. As such, we are required to provide information that is up to date and clearly visible. We have strict guidelines we must comply by. Once this information is submitted, our team deeply analyzes the information that is sent.
This process typically can take up to 5 business days once the documents are provided, so if the process has taken longer than this, and it seems that in your case, it did, we sincerely apologize. It is simply not acceptable and we need to do a better job overall with the approval process.
