I have been Payoneer's customer for 7 years, did not have a single problem for so long.
Few months ago they introduced their new service of international wire and I decided to try it. So I pointed transfers to my Payoneer account through the international wire service.
What happened is that after issuing the transfer, they rejected the transfer of about $700, then I tried it again with an other transfer, they blocked my account this time, my debit card became useless while I was in a trip abroad and it did not work when I tried to use it to buy something (this is how I noticed that my account was locked).
They did not send any e-mail or anything, just blocked the account.
Next day I contacted them via a support ticket, received no reply for 2 days.
Someone replied later that my account is under review and I had to wait. I waited one week and received no update at all. I decided to give them a phone call, a nice operator responded. I explained her my problem and she told me that I should send them a copy of my government issued document (which I had previously submitted though the years).
I sent the scanned document to them and... guess it? No reply at all!
Then I sent them an other reply in the ticket, asking for any update, they just replied that the account is under review.
Now it is one month since they locked my account and I have no updates, no one replies.
These are my two pennies for Payoneer. I don't know if this is happening because of customer care workers, but for sure the don't care about customers.
This is not a serious service, you can not block a financial account this way, with no reason and giving no reply at all.
After 7 years of usage, I lost my account just out of the blue for using their new stupid service.

I can't receive money, I can't withdraw money, I can't send money, I can't issue a prepaid card. Now they locked my account and my money is stuck!

I was forced to work with Payoneer because the client I was working with insisted I use their payment system.
From the beginning, it was unclear whether the same fees and exchange rate structure outlined on the site would apply to these payments or not, as my client clearly has an extensive arrangement with Payoneer. That remains unclear, even after payment has been made. I feel I wouldn't understand the true costs of conversion until after having eaten all the fees.
I set up a USD Payoneer account, since it was an American client. The client then paid in EUR, but it wasn't possible to add my EUR bank account to the USD Payoneer account I'd already created -- even though there are clearly three separate currency balances within my Payoneer account! Instead, I was given the option to add a prepaid EUR MasterCard to my Payoneer account and pay $3-something each time I attempted to use the card.
Color me very disappointed that Payoneer is unable to accommodate internationals with bank accounts in separate currencies. I still don't understand why they don't allow withdrawals without conversion (and conversion fees) if I have the means to do so.
For this reason, I wouldn't recommend Payoneer over any other international payment transfer option available today.

I am really not satisfied with Bank Withdrawal amount that you decided minimum 100 USD, I am freelancer so we have to withdraw 50 to 70 USD in a week, Please think about it.

I really appreciated the service I got from payoneer but I couldn't recommend the waiting time I was given, another thing is that I received an email of a payment on the 20th and another one on the 27th but I was told it's a very same payment of which I don't know why was I sent 2 emails of a different payment and even on different pay days.

I am happy to use payoneer very first time in my life. I thought I could withdraw around $25 but it's $50. It is very high for us like very small freelancers. I wish they could make withdraw@ $25, so that we don't be tensed about our payment and we can easily have our salary. If they make, I will not leave payoneer ever. But Payoneer is very helpful. My name is Kazeem i have $8,800 in my Payoneer balance and all of a sudden my account got blocked and i was told to contact the customer care which i did. Every time i talk to customer care they keep tellng me there is nothing they can do to help me. They just hangup the calls on me and never tell me why my account is blocked or how can i get a refund of my $8,800 usd...
