I was guided to open an account with Payoneer as an alternative method of payment. I did this in the mid of Aug 2018, and everything went well at a lightning speed. However finally, the day came to test my patience. Payoneer cs team request to upload my National ID proof for the approval of the account. I tried uploading it through Chrome, Mozilla, opera but never worked out. Initially, I was thinking it was a temp error, but later I came to know it does not support. I was guided to use IE and finally, I did it. In spite of uploading my documents, my account was still pending, and I decided to speak with CS agent, and I was able to get in touch with Erica Yang, and she helped me in the resubmission of my documents again. Perhaps, even then the problem is not solved, and when I finally spoke with Ms. Ruffas Bonos from the Philippines, she instantly solved my problem and she has done an outstanding performance in providing customer support. I would be happy to convey my best regards for her humbled and out of the box thinking, also wishing her best of my wishes to her career. Also, I would like to highlight about Ms. Smitha, lastly whom I spoke with, was very understanding and able to give a precise information for my queries and very patience in answering my questions. I thank her also for doing a great job.

My client paid the amount and after three week I suddenly receive the Email that They need documents and when I provided my two payments were already canceled just cozz their system was in fault they cancelled my payments and still havent reverted back to my client account
So client still say I paid none of my business if payoneer goes worng or something Do not use them they are liers and thef and will nake false excuses and dam $#*!ing bustards
