Tuve que hacer un pago el día viernes pasado por una compra de ******* dólares de pasajes aéreos para 11 personas. El personal de la aerolínea comenzó a cargar los pasajes individualmente pero al llegar a un monto de aproximadamente 4000 dólares no pudo continuar el proceso porque le salía denegado el pago de los restantes pasajes. Llamamos al teléfono de customer service y después de múltiples explicaciones y gestiones nos autorizaron el pago de un monto para llegar a 10.000 dólares. Pero tuvimos que dejar 2 pasajes sin comprar porque no nos autorizaban un monto mayor a 10.000 dólares. Quisimos volver a finalizar la compra el día sábado pero en el sistema aparecía como monto disponible la cantidad de 26 dólares a pesar de que ya estábamos en otro día y que teníamos en la cuenta mas de 3.000 dólares. Recién el domingo apareció como disponible la cantidad total que tenemos en la cuenta por lo cual recién mañana martes podremos finalizar la operación. En los próximos días tendremos que hacer otra operación similar y realmente va a ser otra vez dificultoso pagar un onto de aproximadamente 12.000 dólares.
