I provided all sorts of documents just to prove who I am and only got partial resolution. My issue is still not resolved as yet. I called every couple days for an update only to hear my info was not approved and I need to add something else eg of what I added Drivers license, letter through the post etc.

All my online payments from overseas clients taken care of by Payoneer highly professionally. The best part is I can send invoices to my customers and get the payment in my various bank accounts overseas as well as they have to facility to pay via their debit/credit card.

Most of the call Agents are very easy to understand and deal with ur problems and solve them effectively and professional with good customer service communication but some have issues with attitude other than the few bad there is more good so I am always happy with the results when calling.

This is the most helpful platform, I love payoneer and nothing can make me stop using them. They attend to all my request/inquiry as fast as they can (via chat or phone) and i really enjoyed all the features that has been activated on this platform. The service from Payoneer is pretty good. It was simple to apply for an account, and if you experience any problems you can always connect with their 24 hour chat or send an email request. Getting an email response normally takes around 3-4 business days. But the chat is recommended if you need to get quick responses.

I had talked to 2 representatives prior to my call being answered by Hank. For awhile, I was about to allow Frustration to set in as my issue hasn't been resolved. Hank was very responsive and was able to immediately understand my concern and provided a fast resolution. The live chat and email services doesn't work. Even if you send many inquiries it does not give any reply. Some customer service will keep on promising resolution that doesn't come into reality just to finish the call and make the customer feel that it will be resolved the process itself is always delayed.

Payoneer is a great service while everything works - But if you ever need to contact their customer service, prepare for a rough ride. It is very difficult to reach - phone option does not work in practice, you need to wait for close to an hour to reach them via chat and contact email forces you to automated answers which don't help at all. When you finally reach their support, they need 4-7 days to respond at all and weeks to do anything. Good choice for a part-time freelancer, but they lack adequate customer service to serve serious businesses.

I have been looking for ways to get paid from Amazon, and I should say after trying so hard to get a verified account with Payoneer, I finally did. The entire verification process was tedious, but once I got the global payment services activated on my account, Payoneer is now a darling. I should say there is still more room for improvement on Payoneer's end. I look forward to a feature where Payoneer can facilitate a standing order (where funds will be withdrawn to a local bank account).

The customer service guys are fine but that is where it ends. Nothing gets processed.
U get mail to say they are busy!
U get emails to say it is being dealt with.
But nothing happens.

Make sure you talk to someone personally. If you leave an email, the auto-response will reply to you and they will automatically resolve the case when it did not answer any of your questions.
Fees are considered high. It's cheaper to do bank transfer.

I have been using Payoneer for the last few months to receive my freelance web design payments and it has been a great experience. But, few days ago, I received an email that Request a Payment option has been disabled. I was literally shocked because I used to receive my freelance payments through Request a Payment option and it's been a great option. I contacted the support team to please, let me know why I can't use this feature. One of the support agent told me that the Payment department didn't mention any reason for it. I'm 200% sure that it must be a human error. Why would I risk my whole career? Please Payoneer, I don't want to leave this 1 star review but just want you to please resolve the error and save my career. Waiting for reply please.
