Payoneer has been a dream to utilize as my platform for receiving and making transactions in USD. They are transparent in their rates and efficient in carrying out transactions. The customer service via phone is very good as they always have a knowledgeable and polite agent on standby ready to give useful information and offer solutions to whatever challenges you may have.
To gain access, you must take a number of steps to verify your identity, and that's fine, of course. You have to upload all kinds of info, but already during the upload I get an email that the verification is not sufficient without specification, very strange because I am still uploading. Then asked several times what is wrong and how it can be solved, but I am always told that they are working on it. When I finally file a complaint, I get a message the day later that my account has been closed and I can no longer use their services without any motivation for this. Very bizarre, totally illogical and very poor service. Fortunately, there are plenty of better alternatives

Any payments coming in to Payoneer, is subject to review by our payments team. When, a client meets a certain threshold in payments, a manual review can be issued. Due to this, there are cases in which a client might need to present documentation to verify the source of these payments. This is to ensure our platform is safe for everyone to use. Usually this can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for approval of such payments. The reason for this is because our department receives many inquiries regarding clients payments.
