I received payment via Payoneer every month, from the same company for the past 10 months, and the last payment is Pending, due to security reasons. Its pending for 11 days, and probably it will take 3 more working days. I provided the additional documents I was asked, and still can't access my money. No one is explaining why this matter occurred.

I receive money from them and they keep cancelling my transaction. They say payment is reversed because I did not call them. When I call they keep me on hold and then drop the call.The stupid lady sends and email saying the call dropped so she couldnt solve the issue and am like so the whole of payoneer dropped or you just couldnt figure out the solution?

Paypal is much better infact their live support is awesome unlike this $#*!s

When you call our customer support team you should get an experience that exceeds your expectations so please accept our dearest apologies that this has not been your experience.

Since we are a regulated financial institution there are many different regulations that we must comply with, and this can cause our team to ask for additional information regarding payments. In some cases, if a payment is pending more than 7 business days in our system, we are forced to return it to the sender so we always encourage users to submit documents immediately so that they can resume payment activity without delay. Im still waiting for my acc to be approve, I know it takes time and already received a lot of rejection and Im still waiting for it, but the representative that spokes to me educated me how it works, He is very polite with manner, have the firm when talking, I can say that he was an expert in his job. It's been 4 day's trying to get approved as a buyer for Ebay, when contacting Payoneer get same story please wait 1-2 days. This morning i get email my doc's are wrong, but initially a agent (Lester) checked the doc's and confirmed on chat its correct and he submitted it for approval. Today it's not correct so need to wait 48 hours before a outcome, a bank account is easier to open. They running a circus not a business and ebay is allowing this!

Extremely worried as I have consulted AFP Australian federal police fraud squad and they have informed me that because of all the questions for information you have requested from me that its likely I will be a victim of international identity theft and to be honest it looks like it, I make one mistake with a security question and you need my passport, rental contract, bank account details and utility bills. I have informed my employer about your practices. I hope you will resolve this negative situation swiftly.

Customer service is absolutely the lowest I have ever seen. I had two different agents laugh at me on the phone because of my frustration. When I reminded them that they were getting paid and my time is getting wasted they laughed even harder. I had to wait 22 minutes to get to a supervisor to still not get my question answered properly. These people are extraordinarily unprofessional, inconsistent in their statement of business, and furthermore for any person in their customer service department to laugh and mock at me because I was frustrated, is absolutely unforgivable I am done with these horrible rotten people. Their service is not that valuable. And furthermore again I never got the correct answer.

I recently had my card compromised and purchases made. Within minutes Payoneer had sent me a warning about a suspect transaction. I contacted support who were extremely helpful. They blocked the card and processed a new one to be sent out within the space of a short phone call.
I have been a customer of Payoneer for many years and have always been incredibly satisfied with the overall customer service and how seriously they take fraud. Fast transaction processing is another reason I would recommend Payoneer to anyone. A++

Best customer service I have ever received. Staff is very progression caring and understanding. Staff answered all my questions very promptly. When i felt a bit disappointed without me having to say anything, she got up and personally handled my query. That's service you can never pay for. Sad thing is I didn't ask her to spell her name. I would stop using them if I had the choice. The company I work for pays me through these guys, but so far I haven't been able to get my pay. They have quite a bit of my money in "pending" status, but they say I need to fill my tax form out to receive my payment (so I can pay bills, buy food for my CHILDREN etc). I have tried multiple times on multiple different computers to submit my tax forms and the form never submits. I have spoken with 2 chat reps, 2 phone reps, and a supervisor. They say the issue is on their end and it's a high priority issue but I have now waited 48 hours for my paycheck and they're telling me it could be several more days. People plan their lives around getting paid on the date they are supposed to and they expect their pay. Absolutely horrible payment company! They can't give me my pay my employer gave them which is the ONLY service they offer!

I contacted Payoneer because I want to understand the delay on getting my payment. I have to wait 2 days before it gets fully transferred to my Payoneer account, while my sister gets it a few minutes/hours after our client processed the payment. I was assisted by Jam, who is very knowledgeable and gave me what I need, but I guess it's out of her scope as to when I will get my pay, which I fully understand and she said that it's normal. I think I will just need to get used to it and maybe Payoneer favors my sister more. Lol. Kidding aside, I was happy with how Jam handled my concern. Keep up the good work!

I accidently entered wrong password, and now my account is locked, i mailed the support emails and they asked for my address, date of birth and id card, i sent them in few minutes, but no response from them after that, still waiting. I wonder if they assist me in getting out of trouble. I am feeling very disappointed.

They have little to no customer service and takes for ever to give you funds. Do not use them. When you call the operator hangs up and you can't get to speak with a person. I work online and getting my pay has been a horrible experience.

I signed up briefly because I wanted to receive funds from Fiverr.

I couldn't complete the sign-up process because I couldn't get past the security questions... The first was easy, the second only gave me options about the male parent (well, there were two other options, what city was my grandfather, on the mothers side born, and what country did I first visit; to which I had no clue of either).

As a single person who doesn't have a male parent in my life, I couldn't sign up with Payoneer successfully and had to ring up and have a representative delete my account.

The representative asked a security question about a father and I had to tell her I didn't answer any of those. She then insistently apologised which made the impression I was lesser, there's nothing to apologise for. I have a great life.

Whoever wrote up those questions lives under a rock and it must greatly impact the amount of customers that can sign up with Payoneer..

My Payoneer account was hacked a month ago. I already called them by phone once the hacking happened.
After a month of many correspondences and investigating my account.
They send me a poor inconsiderable response that they couldn't cancel the transfer and I should contact the hacker. Are they making fun of people? How on earth my hacker will send me back my money and why they didn't just stop transferring the money after I told them. They only care about their incentive and people burn in hell.

As an independent contractor living in Belize, it's hard finding a global payment platform that actually works due to regional blocks. However Payoneer allows easy payment from clients all over the world within days from Business accounts and Hours from Payoneer to Payoneer accounts. When travelling I can just top up my card with the relevant currency and use as needed. No need to call the bank to open my card for travel (eg local credit cards). I can have access to my funds at any ATM worldwide that accepts MasterCard. Was the best choice I made joining the Payoneer family!

Few days ago payoneer pending my payment and they demand me to give them some informations about source of payment and money after give this information now everything is good.
I advise anyone that payoneer not scammer they locked your account or pending your payments because maybe your source of payment not legal with payoneer terms and conditions
Another reason that will show payoneer not scammer big companies ( airbnb, Amazon, fiverr) pay to their customers with payoneer and of course this big companies can't deal with scam company!
