How does this company even exist? And... why would ANYONE ever use them?
Their site is garbage and they cause so much anxiety and stress for no reason.
I updated my bank account with them MONTHS ago, yet... they send money to the only bank account.
I seriously can't believe this company hasn't been hit with a class action lawsuit for how horrific they are.
Every experience with them is negative and they are thieves.

If you are falling into the trap of opening an account because as a freelancer you need more options to take payments don't fall for it.
They don't allow you to request payments until you have received USD$5000 through their global payment system which unless you're working for a company directly is not possible, if you have individual clients and they want to pay for your services from their individual account they can't

That was good experience with Payoneer in a short time. Their service is too good as the others. I personally rate 10 on 10 to Payoneer. Who are trying to make online shopping with a visa/MasterCard can own a Payoneer card. Although you will be able to withdraw money from any ATM booth all over the world. Until you use Payoneer you won't be able to understand how good and useful this card.

The email didn't contain any instructions but a request to reply with my question again
I thought that my problem would be solved instantly like it is done by any call center.

After speaking with the rep and told that I was all set for a pending payment to get credited to my euro balance within 24 hours, I received an email asking for additional information and documents. Am at the airport about to take a long flight, thank God the flight was delayed. But nice guy, thank you

I get payment 2 weeks ago, they asked for ID proof. I sent. Now i asked customer support status of my payment. They said it is under review. After wasting 15 days. They always says, its under review. This is big fraud company. Be aware. Don't go with this. You will lost your money. As i did.

Still waiting for verification of my bank account to start working. During registration it said: "usually it takes up to 3 days", but... It will soon be a full month since I registered, and still not there. Customer service said it's all right and I just have to wait more. Hope the problem will be resolved soon.

It just takes too much time to receive a new card.
- Please give realistic info (and not designed to protect you from liabilities)
- Make surveys about real postal times or via your software (compare dates of issuing and dates of activation cards, and/or via a survey after activation of the cards
- Make your sending procedure easier for the customer. In my case: send directly to the customer instead of from England, to Germany and then to Holland. Just skip Germany!
- Make teh sending procedure faster.

It is really a good thing to have a Payoneer account with three major currencies. But, the fact that I can not transfer to my self with same currency and all the complication of withdrawing and payment made me a bit disappointed.

I became associated with Payoneer through my Airbnb listing. When I was unable to get it resolved with Airbnb I contacted Payoneer directly, and they did an excellent job. I can not say as much about Airbnb. I also appreciate that Payoneer is keeping jobs in America and not outsourcing the calls to other countries, only to increase their profits, but at the cost of providing excellent customer service. Good for you Payoneer, and shame on you Airbnb.

Payoneer is totally $#*!. I send mails to customer service four five times but never get reply from any person other than automated reply. I tried to call but they never response. The response is totally $#*! and never solve my problem. My account is locked but send too many proof, But they don't response. I'll never ever recommend this to anyone. I heard some other services Skrill and moneybookers with good review. Hope to switch and I advice to NOT TO USE payoneer.

I had a very good experience when i contacted Payoneer on phone. The Customer Support Team took time to understand my challenges, efficiently and calmly addressed my concerns with adequate suggestions to address further concerns I anticipated.
Overall, I believe the one-on-one interaction provides relevant solutions to peculiar problems, compared to the automated responses.

I talked to them about changing my funding source bank account changing and they did it twice in the middle of my call without giving me any kind of trouble. But I'd say the chat customer service is bad. Just call them if you've got any issues they are gonna take care of it.

My funds are stuck worth of 8000 USD. First they removed my password because when I tried to access the account (I remember the password) all I see was "Your username or password is incorrect".
I press the Forgot password link and it looks like they have removed my verification number as well. I tried contacting their support but I am still waiting for days to have my account restored.
I don't think they will restore my account. I am going to sue them in small business claims court in the US. I am also submitting articles everywhere I can so people would stop using this scam.

Please be advised that requesting payments is subject to eligibility. You are correct in that you need to receive a minimum of $5,000 in payments from companies before you can apply for the service. Depending on where the client registered their account from, also plays a role if they will have this service automatically enabled. Unfortunately, because we are a financial institution regulated by the US government, we have to comply to these rules. We are working hard to expand this service to be enabled in the future for everyone. However at the current state, these are the requirements a client must meet if they would like to use this service.
